ParticipantHi, Josh. It’s great that you’re trying to customize the Events Calendar. Do you mind me asking why you’ve elected not to use the built-in widget for upcoming events? That would probably be the simplest solution.
I tried to take a look at your site, but it appears you don’t have TEC visible. As far as your code goes, it looks like the fundamental problem may be that you’re passing no parameters to tribe_get_events(). Does that make sense?
Let me know if there’s anything else we can do to help!

ParticipantHi, accessrose. The main blog loop is what displays on your front page by default in the default theme. It is a list of all the posts in your blog.
It looks like you’ve customized your front page to include featured selections, instead of the main blog loop. That’s why I was asking where you were expecting to see it (on the front end).
Maybe if you could explain what you were trying to accomplish on the front end, I could help you more efficiently.
Thanks!

ParticipantHi, threecedars. Thanks for getting in touch about your issues.
We definitely know about the iCal Import button disappearing in certain themes that use AJAX heavily. We are expecting a fix to be rolled into a release soon, but until then, here’s a thread that explains a workaround: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/ical-download-button-appearing-only-on-first-view-and-single-view/#post-62952
As far as exporting more than a month at a time, that is not currently supported, nor is subscribing to the events as an iCal feed. If that’s something you’re interested in, please visit our User Voice page and look for the feature suggestion there: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas
We prioritize new feature implementation based on the response in the User Voice forum.Hope this helps!

ParticipantHi, mastres. In that case, since it does work in 2012, it’s probably a good idea to get in touch with WooThemes. Let us know if they have any questions for us, and we’ll do our best to get you back in business.
Thanks!

ParticipantHi, amycarolyn. Thanks for getting in touch about your customization.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer support for functions within AFC. Hopefully, you’ll find the help you need in our documentation: http://docs.tri.be/
Please let us know if there’s anything else we can clarify about our plugin.
September 3, 2013 at 2:29 pm in reply to: Please fix warning: ‘Undefined property: WP_Query::$tribe_is_event_query’ #64349Kelly
ParticipantHi, Nabha. Thanks for getting in touch.
First, let me assure you that we are currently working on revising our code to make TEC/ECP strict-standards compliant. We aren’t there yet, but expect to be in the near future.
In the interim, we currently advise users that turning off error display is a better solution than hacking the code yourself. Note that this is different from disabling WP_DEBUG.
The behavior you’re seeing after defining WP_DEBUG as false has this effect in some environments but not all. So, if you are finding that measure doesn’t solve this, you would probably do better to seek advice from your host on turning off the display of errors.
Hope that helps!

ParticipantHi, scirodesign. I am not able to reproduce any issues with images (featured or part of the content) displaying in the main blog loop. Are you able to replicate it using Twenty Twelve? I’d appreciate a link where I could see the issue in action.
As far as your theme goes, mastres, the basic idea is that you need to replace where it calls the_excerpt() with the_content(). Here’s an example of what I’m describing from another thread: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/how-to-show-full-events-post-in-search-and-tags/#post-63498
Does that make sense?

ParticipantHi, classicfestivals. Thanks for getting in touch.
We haven’t finished implementing our multisite licensing. For now, please use the WooCommerce Tickets Developer license. That should give you the flexibility to do the 10 sites that you’re looking to support.
For having a central page with all the tickets listed, we don’t have anything for you to use out of the box. You could probably do that by creating a page through the WooCommerce interface with the tickets category (which is hidden by default). You might also look for a third-party plugin that has a solution implemented.
Hope that helps!

ParticipantNo problem, frangotier. We’re here to help!
For forcing the Event Cost field to display with WooCommerce Tickets enabled, please check out this thread: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/event-cost-disabled-with-wootickets-and-i-want-it-back/#post-64070
That should do the trick for you.Would you mind explaining what precisely you mean by “Is there a way of displaying the tickets part as a standalone portion on the page?”? Are you saying you’d like to have the tickets appear in your shop?
Thanks!

ParticipantHi, vinvalentino. Thanks for clarifying.
First, please confirm that you have removed the snippet from your functions.php. (It won’t work.) Then, I would recommend that you delete the Courses category from the shop.
Please let us know how that works for you. Cheers!

ParticipantI would really appreciate the opportunity, Donald. What time were you thinking? I’m PDT, so I could do early, but not too early. 🙂

ParticipantHi, accessrose. I apologize for the delay in response.
Would you mind sending me a link to the page where you expect to see it?
Kelly
ParticipantHi, khjoy. Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.
I’m currently waiting for one of our developers to take a look at your situation, but that might not yield results immediately.
Until then, you might try a workaround in one of two ways:
1. Changing the theme to use the_title() instead of wp_title() seems to do the trick for other users.
2. Working with the Default Events Template but adding a sidebar via a custom template, which can be done via the guidance offered in this thread: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/how-can-i-display-the-sidebar-in-my-events-page/Would you mind trying that and letting me know if that resolves it for you?

ParticipantHi, Justine. I’m sorry about you being unable to see th private reply. We’ve had reports of this issue from users and are working on a solution.
I did receive the info you sent yesterday. My message was to let you know that we’d be getting back to you later today.
Thanks!

ParticipantHi, orgspring. Thanks for the tip. We’ll definitely take a look to see if we can reproduce it.
Do you have a URL we can visit to see the behavior on your site?
Thanks!
