ParticipantHi, accessrose. As we mention in the FAQ, TEC doesn’t support shortcodes. Is this something that you could perhaps make happen with one of our widgets?
Otherwise, you’re welcome to reference our documentation at http://docs.tri.be/ and call our event elements to create the page you want. The Themer’s Guide (https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/events-calendar-themers-guide/) is also a great resource.
If you get stuck along the way, we’re more than happy to answer specific questions.

ParticipantHi, wf907. Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with the map in Firefox.
Would you mind trying what Kyle suggests here: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/event-display-adjustments/#post-59749
Hopefully, that will do the trick for you. Please let us know how it goes!
Kelly
ParticipantHi, Josh. Glad you’re getting things squared away.
It looks like that color is coming from one of your theme’s own stylesheets – themes/enfold/css/base.css. If you were to add a new rule to tribe-events.css or another suitable point like this it should help:
#tribe-events-content a { color: #7E8E57; }Let us know how it goes!

ParticipantGrégoire, you might find this helpful for a further explanation:
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/wootickets-new-user-primer/#purchasewoo
Kelly
ParticipantPrecisely, Grégoire. If the sales do not complete, you will need to determine what happened and adjust their status and the inventory accordingly.
Also, if the sales are incomplete, that would explain why the attendees are not showing on the list.
Kelly
ParticipantHi, Grégoire! That does sound infuriating.
This is probably just confusion with the WooCommerce nomenclature. The tickets showing as “sold” (“vendu”) may actually still be in a PENDING state, i.e. the sale hasn’t fully processed. That can mean anything from someone has added the ticket to their cart (and potentially abandoned it there) up to they have completed the PayPal process but have triggered some sort of fraud alert.
Does that clear things up?

ParticipantHi, burntcorkmedia. I’m sorry for your frustration.
Of course, we’re happy to offer you a refund since you would prefer to use another plugin. Please email pro /a/ tri.be with a copy of your receipt, and we’ll get a refund processed right away.
Thanks!
September 4, 2013 at 6:55 am in reply to: To begin using WooTickets, please install the latest version of WooCommerce. #64465Kelly
ParticipantHi, b3nelson. I’m sorry about the misleading error message. This is a known bug that we’re going to fix in an upcoming release.
As in this thread: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/need-latest-version-of-woocommerce/#post-60592, usually the issue is that you do not have the latest version of the free version of The Events Calendar installed. Would you mind checking that for us?
Thanks!
Kelly
ParticipantI’m glad that you were able to fix it so quickly Kitka. That’s great news!
In that case, I’m going to close this thread. If anything else comes up, please start a new topic.
Thanks for being a TEC User!
Kelly
ParticipantHi, Heinz. I just responded to your other thread about downgrading, so I’m going to go ahead and close this one. Please respond to the other thread with any additional issues.
Thanks for being a TEC User!
Kelly
ParticipantHi, Heinz. I’m sorry to hear that you’re having so much trouble with the 3.x release.
Please see our FAQ about downgrading: https://theeventscalendar.com/faqs/help-i-upgraded-but-its-causing-me-problems-how-can-i-downgrade-to-a-pre-3-0-version/
Let us know if there’s anything else we can do to help.
Kelly
ParticipantHi, cfunkyk. I just went to the site that you referenced, and I was able to add the ticket for this event to the cart:
http://zilliespantry.staging.wpengine.com/event/wine-tasting-912/
It may be that you already got to the bottom of it on your own. Otherwise, could it be that there’s some sort of caching issue that’s preventing you from adding it successfully?
Kelly
ParticipantHi, Justine. I wanted to let you know that we are working to get back to you with a response, but our developer that was going to take a look at this today had something come up.
Thanks for your patience!
Kelly
ParticipantHi, Kitka. It looks like you’ve got events showing up on your front page now. Is there something specific that you’re having trouble with?
Kelly
ParticipantHi, accessrose. I’m afraid there isn’t a way for you to include events in the posts section on the back end. Sorry about that. The check box merely controls whether they are included in the main blog loop on the front end of the site.
Categories for events are exclusive to our plugin, but the tags are visible sitewide. When you talk about controlling which categories are displayed, where are you hoping to display them?
Hope this helps!
