ParticipantWoo tickets works fine with calendar pro off but when on, it prevents the payment process. I’ve switched off all other plug ins so it’s not that. The following message appears on the Page: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 7680 bytes) in /home/marcia/public_html/popupspeeddating.com/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/classes/class-wc-order.php on line 631
I will be grateful for your assistance at your earliest.
Note: Since this is an active site, Calendar pro is de-activate.

MemberHi burntcorkmedia,
I’m going to move this across to our WooCommerce Tickets forum first of all.
Can you tell me more about your setup? What payment gateway are you using for instance / can you replicate the same problem (for testing purposes) when accepting an order paid for by cheque?

ParticipantThanks Barry.
The above error (first message) is via Paypal
When paying by bank transfer this appears:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 7680 bytes) in /home/marcia/public_html/popupspeeddating.com/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/classes/class-wc-order.php on line 523

Thank you for your kind assistance

MemberCan you clarify once again at which point you are seeing those messages (is it while still on the checkout page)? I can’t replicate it either with bank transfer or with PayPal – and am surprised we haven’t seen more reports since PayPal is a popular mode of payment – so for that reason I wonder if there is something specific to your site that is causing this.
I do note that you tried deactivating other plugins, but what about your theme? Our troubleshooting steps in full for this would be:
* Ensure your Modern Tribe plugins (and WooCommerce) are up-to-date
* Deactivate everything except WooCommerce, WooCommerce Tickets, The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO
* At the same time, switch to a default, unmodified theme such as Twenty Twelve
* Try to replicateDoes the same problem still persist?

ParticipantJust to give you an update – I believe the theme might be the cause and looking into this now. I will come back to you with an update.
Thank you so much for your responses.

ParticipantHi, burntcorkmedia. Were you able to figure out if the theme was the culprit? We’d love to know.

ParticipantHi Guys
I’ve returned having tried everythin I could to resolve this pesky problem…First of all I would like to say that I really like your products. Unfortunately for me two of your plug ins that I recently purchased ‘Calendar Pro’ & Woo Tickets clashes with my site. I have tried using a different wordpress theme but each time I activate Calendar Pro the process button for payment for my product sold on line simply disappears. And in fact, it crashed my site today for several hours.
I’ve tried everything that you have suggested. The painful truth is that I will not be able to use it on my website.
The second plugin I purchase was woo tickets. Inexplicably, it recently presented me with the continued error that my theme cannot find woo-tickets.
I therefore would like to make a request for a refund or indeed a credit note since I considering your Paypal Pro Payment Gateway which may indeed be the answer to all my problems.
If you can find the solution to the above – I would be happy as I really like the features. They are great plug ins.
Many thanks for your kind assistance.
