I’m looking for a ticketing solution for wordpress, and yours seems interesting. Too bad there’s no demo of any kind. Even an FAQ would be helpful, as it looks like the FAQ is only dedicated to your calendar software.

Is it possible to create custom survey questions that users have to respond to when purchasing a ticket?

Are promotional codes available?

We do not include any kind of survey response with the integration with WooCommerce, but I believe there are third-party plugins that can assist you with that. Eventbrite might also be a good solution, and we have a plug-in add-on that integrates with them.
