    I just purchased your Events Calendar Pro because it said with the Pro version you would be able to accept ticket sales via WooCommerce. I just installed the Pro Version and clicked on available add ons … It looks like I need to pay ANOTHER $50 in order to get the WooCommerce ticket plugin? I was under the impression it came WITH the Pro version, as $100 for both seems pretty crazy…

    Please clear this up for me as if this is the case I would actually like a refund as the way you present the information is misleading.

    If I am wrong and I can somehow activate the ticket area then please let me know how.

    Hi, mfinkle. Sorry for the confusion.

    The Events Calendar PRO and WooCommerce Tickets add-ons are indeed separate and have different functionalities. WooCommerce integration is only offered in the WooCommerce Tickets add-on. Both are powerful additions to the basic Events Calendar platform, and most users feel they are well worth the price.

    All refund requests are handled by email. If you feel you have purchase the PRO add-on in error, please send an email to pro a/ tri.be, and we’ll take care of you.
