Hello. We are putting on an event for the Santa Cruz Mountains Winegrowers Association next spring called Pinot Paradise. The event has a number of different components (technical session, special winery event, grand tasting, etc.). We are trying to work out the best event listing and ticketing scenario using Event Calendar Pro 3.0.5 and WooTickets.
Our current ideal would be able to create a single event listing spanning the 3-days of Pinot Paradise, then offer a selection of ticketing options for that event, for example:
Ticket 1: Multi-day All-Events
Ticket 2: Technical Session Only
Ticket 3: Winery Events Only
Ticket 3 (&4?): Grand Tasting (2 ticket options – general admission & VIP)We are fine creating a multi-day event, but are challenged figuring out if the ticketing options we want are feasible. Can you provide any feedback, guidance and/or direction for us?
Thanks!

I’d recommend you set it up exactly as you describe: a multi-day event with four separate tickets. Let us know if you need any specific advice on setting up the WooCommerce Tickets. The Tutorials (https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/wootickets-new-user-primer/) are generally pretty helpful, but if there’s anything that doesn’t make sense, we’re happy to clarify.
Thanks for being a TEC User!
