MemberThe fix has been released, so please take all normal precautions and then apply the latest updates 🙂

MemberHi ellaearth,
Can you try adding this snippet to your theme’s functions.php file?
It should firstly remove the ticket form from it’s current position and then attach it to a hook just below the event content. Let me know if that doesn’t work.
Barry
MemberHi James, it’s already been released – so if you can updated to the latest versions of our plugins then you should be good here.

MemberGreat!

MemberWell, I definitely sympathize but I’m not sure what else to suggest if it’s an absolute must to have WP_DEBUG and by extension WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY on.
Perhaps you could set display errors and the error reporting level at a system level using php_admin_value directives so they can’t be overridden by WordPress when wp_debug_mode() is called?

MemberHi! Fresh from our developer, please try using the following snippet (do remember that you can normally omit the initial line containing <?php when inserting it into an existing file like functions.php):

MemberHi onelittlemoose,
To remove the venue name can you try adding this snippet to your theme’s functions.php file?
Does that get you any closer (and sorry also for the delay)?

MemberHi justinbonnet – does this thread help at all?

MemberThanks – I’ve relayed that to one of our developers so hopefully we’ll get a fix out there soon.

MemberHi J-P,
Right now we’re focusing on bug fixes and other issues important in improving overall stability – we’ll then begin to look at further feature-driven development.
So, at this time, I’m afraid I can’t offer up a timeframe and, as no work has started on this front, it will be a while before we’re in a position to release beta code (assuming we do decide to do a public beta for this).
Thanks again for your interest!

MemberHi justxtreme, can you confirm if:
* You are receiving any emails from your WordPress installation at all (such as password reset emails if you do a quick test along those lines)
* If your orders are being marked as complete in the WooCommerce orders screenThanks!
Barry
MemberNo, the correct URL format should indeed work with Pro enabled. Can you clarify if you tested this with anything else enabled (such as a custom theme)?

MemberI see, well yes I believe you would need to update to our latest versions to see this.
Just for future reference, it’s generally best to create a separate thread for your own issues even if initially they seem similar to those reported by someone else – in this case for instance (because you would have been prompted to provide details about your currently installed plugins) we’d probably have got to this point a lot sooner – not a big problem from our point of view at all, just a good tip for future requests 🙂
Does that help here – or at least give you what you need to plan your next move?

MemberHi wwa, sorry for the delay – if you’re comfortable making CSS tweaks please check out our Themer’s Guide and follow the instructions for overriding tribe-events.css (or even add your custom rules to the bottom of your theme’s existing stylesheet, depending of course on the strategy recommended by the theme vendor for safe customizations).

MemberPlease don’t hijack threads but create a new one of your own so we can focus on your specific issue and help you out in a timely fashion.
If for instance we start progressing your issue here and freshtribe decides to keep progressing things after all then it would quickly become confusing – plus the cause may be different in both cases.
For that reason I will now close this – but definitey go ahead and create a new thread (and @freshtribe if you do give us another shot, please do the same).
Thanks!
