MemberHi tdgates10 – just wanted to drop in here and let you know we’ve done some work to make resending tickets easier and that should arrive with the next maintenance release over the next week or so.
Thanks!

MemberJust wanted to drop in here with a note that the upcoming maintenance release, which should be available in the next week or so, will include a fix for the issue with WooCommerce storefront when the include events in main blog loop setting is enabled.
Cheers!

MemberThanks for clarifying, Evan: if you want to explore a higher level relationship with Modern Tribe please do drop us a line explaining more about your budget and requirements.
For the issue you are now describing (with your license key) please try visiting the license key management page and clear the relevant domain or domains listed there, then try re-establishing the key within the WordPress site itself. If you experience further difficulties along these lines I would ask that you post a new thread for help with this specific issue as we try to adhere to a policy of one issue per thread to avoid confusion.
However, as we understand it, these pluins are requesting full FTP access to auto update.
So based on your last reply I’m not clear if this is still a problem – can you clarify and does my last post provide the guidance you need here?
Thanks!
Barry
MemberIf you use a plugin like Widget Logic or similar you could constrain widgets so they are only rendered on event-related pages by using a conditional like tribe_is_event_query() – does that help?

MemberIt cleared up that error – but unfortunately it hasn’t resolved this specific problem. There are definitely a few other points in the theme’s script where it is doing some work with placeholders (so it possibly has its own polyfill script, which is used to simulate placeholders and other things in the context of older browsers) – and perhaps this is conflicting.
Can you check in with the vendor and see if they have any suggestions here?

MemberIt’s definitely worth a try in the first instance 🙂

MemberYou can’t upload screenshots directly to the forum – you would have to upload them to a service like Dropbox, Droplr or even just your WordPress site and share the link from there.
If you are able to do that and/or run through the suggested steps and let us know the result that would be great!

MemberOK, this may be an unwanted side effect of that possible fix. Have you customized / overridden any templates at all, or anything like that?

MemberHi Danielle,
You’re correct and that is, unfortunately, a known bug – we have it on our issue tracker however and hope to address it within the next couple of releases.
Thanks for your patience and support – and apologies for any inconvenience in the meantime.

MemberHi neworleanstech, I’m glad you found a solution there and sorry for any inconvenience this issue caused: we have a maintenance release arriving shortly that will hopefully address this more elegantly so that that setting can indeed be enabled.
Thanks for you patience and support in the meantime.

MemberHi catrose937: I suspect a Javascript error is breaking things here. Can you go to your theme vendor and ask them to review the following piece of code (it looks like it belongs to the theme rather than a plugin):
wp-content/themes/infographer/js/custom_js.php
The errors in there will need to be fixed before we can go any further (or else please remove that script) – we can then take a second look and see if anything else is impacting, but this would be a sensible starting point 🙂
Thanks!
Barry
MemberI’m sorry Bill but I’m not sure which post you are referring to (was it a forum thread, a tutorial?) and I can’t seem to find anything that jumps out using the search tool, I’m afraid.

MemberHi Christopher – that does seem change. Can I ask you to post your System Information as shown in the Events → Help admin screen here? Could you also run through those basic troubleshooting steps a second time (deactivating all other plugins and reverting to a default theme) then post the System Information at that point?
Thanks!
Barry
MemberExcellent, I’m glad that works for you – and, of course, we hope to roll out a substantive fix as quickly as we reasonably can.
Cheers!
