Recurring Weekly Events are disappearing

Hi there,
We have two event calendars – for a husband and wife team. When we post a class which is recurring weekly a whole row of that month disappears. First it was Friday, now it is Tuesday, and it is different days which have disappeared on both event calendars. Very frustrating. Please advise. thanks

Hi twosunsrisingyoga,

In the first instance can I ask you to post your System Information as recorded within the Events → Help admin screen? Can you additionally deactivate all other plugins and revert to a default, unmodified theme such as Twenty Twelve and let me know if that impacts on this issue?

It would also be great if you could point us to an example of a disappearing row (or even share a screenshot if that isn’t possible) just so I can be sure I understand what you have described here.

You can’t upload screenshots directly to the forum – you would have to upload them to a service like Dropbox, Droplr or even just your WordPress site and share the link from there.

If you are able to do that and/or run through the suggested steps and let us know the result that would be great!

Hi I deactivated all of the plugins and I reverted to a default theme, the calendar did not show on the default theme at all.

Please review the screenshots: They weeks seem to change.

Lastly, I just updated to 3.2 thinking it would help when i fact it seems to have complicated things, as we are using 3.1 PRO. hmm :/

Upgrading to 3.2 is a good idea – note that you would need to update both the core The Events Calendar plugin and Events Calendar PRO (so they would both need to be at version 3.2). Is that a possibility here?

Correct I did not disable the Events Calendar/Events Calendar Pro, only the other plugins.
Do I log into our account to upgrade the events pro 3.2.
