ParticipantI need to know how to resend a ticket to a customer in case they loose it or when I need to modify their order. For example, I have two events per day. If they buy a ticket for the AM event and meant to buy it for the PM event, I can go in there and edit their order to show they now bought the PM event, but when I save the order, it just sends them the order confirmation and no ticket. Do I need to delete their order entirely and then manually re-enter it so that the ticket get’s resent?
And what happens if they loose their ticket? How can I resend this to them?

Unfortunately, the ticket resend feature is on our radar but has not yet been implemented. For now, your best bet would be to get the security code or ticket number from the attendees list. Do you think that could work for you?
I’d also encourage you to post about it in out User Voice forum (https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas) so that we can gague interest and prioritize accordingly.

ParticipantSo if I switch a ticket from say an AM ticket to a PM ticket, there is no way to resend it to them? Is that where I would be better off just deleting the order, creating a new one manually and then it will resend a ticket when complete?

Last question, is there a way I can preview what I ticket will look like. I was told that the name of the person who purchased the ticket was not on the actual ticket. If that’s correct, is there a way that I can add that?

ParticipantNo problem, tdgates10. Your best bet for a complete explanation of customization is to check out Themer’s Guide for The Events Calendar, linked in the right sidebar.
From there, you can see how to edit the email.php and tickets.php files that control the tickets. Be aware that those files are probably too deeply nested for the WP editor, so it would need to be reached via FTP (or however you get to your site files).
