MemberGreat question 😀
Perhaps you could set up a second ticket product relating to Day 1 with a higher price etc? However if you wanted this to update the attendee lists across all events (and manage ticket inventory appropriately) you would have some custom dev work to do – that isn’t something WooTickets will handle out of the box.

MemberWe can definitely keep this open and see if anyone is able to help – and if you’re happy to update with your findings should you figure something out via the WooCommerce forums or by yourself then even better 🙂
Thanks!
Barry
MemberWe can definitely leave this open and see if any other members of the commununity have advice they can offer up – however I would indeed see this as a WooCommerce issue and advise you make use of their support channels if you need further support on this one.
Thanks!
Barry
MemberInteresting to know … have you asked that plugin’s vendors if they have any ideas about this?

MemberHey Donna – thanks for your patience. If you’re all good with the concept of template overrides, please try changing one of the lines in events/table.php per these instructions. Thanks!

MemberHi Adrian, thanks for your patience. Can you try adding this code to your theme’s functions.php file?
Barry
MemberHi marlies, I’m going to close this ticket now since it’s been a while since we heard from you but if there are any further issues please let us know 🙂
Barry
MemberSo the issue with tickets being sent twice has been fixed as of our next release.
However, please note that if you toggle the order status from completed to a different state and back again a new order confirmation email will still be dispatched: this is however a facet of WooCommerce rather than WooTickets and isn’t something we can/should control.
I hope that clears things up – but do let me know if you have any further questions.
Thanks!
Barry
MemberGreat 🙂

MemberOK, what we’ll need to do (to insert the times beside the titles within the calendar grid) is some template customization. I’ll try and put together some example code, what I’d recommend in the interim though is reading up on the following:
Themer’s Guide: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/events-calendar-themers-guide/
Template Overrides: https://theeventscalendar.com/what-are-template-overrides-and-how-do-i-do-them/
Barry
MemberYeah that probably isn’t ideal. I think if I was tackling this I’d look at leveraging the RSS feeds from the source site to replicate the calendar (or at least some amount of calendar data) on the target site.
Unfortunately though this isn’t something we can really help with, beyond leaving this thread open – it’s possible someone else in the community has ideas or has even accomplished this already and they might be able to chip in here.
Thanks!

MemberHi Benji,
Can I just confirm that you’ve tried following the Update prompts (which normally automate the update process) in the WordPress plugins page?
Cheers,
Barry

MemberThat definitely makes sense. If you have time and are able to post this on our UserVoice pages others could show their support and that could be useful in terms of dicatating how quickly this might be integrated 🙂

MemberNo problem at all, glad you’re on track 😀
Barry
MemberHi elianab, this may seem like a strange question, but for the avoidance of doubt – is it possible the events in question have passed?
