ParticipantI added a few events from the front end while I was logged in as admin, and I want to edit them. I click on My Events under Submit Events, and it goes to the list page, but no events are listed. It has headings of Status, Title, etc. but no events are listed.

MemberHi elianab, this may seem like a strange question, but for the avoidance of doubt – is it possible the events in question have passed?

MemberHi elianab – do you still need help with this one?

ParticipantHi Barry,
I just set up another event, and made sure it was in the future. I added the event, then clicked My Events. The page says My Events, and under that it says Add New and Display. Under that it says Status, Title, Organizer, etc. but no events are listed. Right after adding the event there was a link that said “Edit Event.” I was able to edit it from there. But once I added another event, I didn’t have access to the first one. I thought it might be because they hadn’t been published yet, so I published them and I still can’t see them to edit them.April 23, 2013 at 4:21 pm #46697elianab
ParticipantI just want to add that I received an email when I posted an add, and I can edit my add from the link in the email.

MemberCan I ask you to run through our standard troubleshooting steps?
- Please ensure that your Modern Tribe plugins are up-to-date and in-synch … for instance if you are using The Events Calendar 2.0.11 you must also use Events Calendar PRO 2.0.11 if you are using that plugin, and of course in this case Community Events 1.0.5
- Deactivate all other plugins and change your theme to a default, unmodified one such as Twenty Eleven or Twenty Twelve
- Now test to see if the problem still exists
- If the problem has been solved by these steps, start reactivating everything one-at-a-time, testing at each point to see if the issue has returned
- If the issue does return, take note of whichever plugin (or theme) you reactivated immediately before it started again – it’s likely there is a conflict with this item
Remember to try adding new events while everything is in that “basic state” with no other plugins and only a default theme running, just in case the pre-existing events were somehow borked by a conflict somewhere along the line.
