    Szia,

No, unfortunately the problem wouldn’t be solved, since we don’t have compatibility between WPML and ET / ET+, I’m sorry.

What you can try as an alternative is using rather WooCommerce products as tickets, totally independent of the ticket products.

WooCommerce is quite compatible with WPML and also syncs the stock between the languages. (I’m managing a multilingual WooCommerce store, so I know this works. 😉 ) You will then need to find a way to show the remaining stock on the event page.

Might be that Polylang can also do that with their WooCommerce extension.

I remember hearing about a user making ET and ET+ somewhat compatible with WooCommerce, but I don’t know that details. I will try to look that up and share with you if I find it.

    Hi again,

Sure thing, that can be done with the Say What plugin easily.

Install and activate the plugin. Then go to Tools > Text changes and select add new.

Then set up the new string like on this screenshot.

Save and check if it works.

    Hi,

I just updated the snippet, it will now allow you to add multiple tags to the imported events, plus I added usage instructions and notes on limitations. Please read them before use.

And then let me know how it works out. 🙂

    Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out! I think I can help you with this.

    Try this snippet:

    https://gist.github.com/andrasguseo/2cbc23c8cbb3100f18843994759c0904

You will see instructions in the file.

Basically you will need to re-create the last couple of lines for every feed you have. The major class is needed only once.

Note: it will not change already imported events. You will need to delete the imported events (and delete them from the ignored list as well) and re-import them.

I would suggest trying with one feed at first.

Try and check if it helps.

    Cheers,
    Andras

    Hi Carole,

    Thanks for reaching out!

No, we do not have any documentation on SQL scripts and we are not running queries like you mentioned on the back-end.

I see that you are using WooCommerce. The ticket products are handled through that, so you might be able to find some WooCommerce extensions that could help you out.

Also this reply might give you some insight in what data is saved where, when an order is made:

I hope this helps you get started. Let me know if you have any further questions.

    Hi Michelle,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I’m really sorry about the issue with PRO! We have received similar reports after 4.4.24 was launched so our team immediately got to work and we published 2 hotfixes.

Please try installing EC PRO 4.4.24.2 and see if that works for you. So far the feedback on it was positive.

You should be able to download it from your account.

Waiting to hear about the results.

    Hi kshykula,

Thanks for reaching out and I’m really sorry to hear about your issues.

We have identified an issue in PRO 4.4.24 that causes similar symptoms that you have, namely slow site performance.

Yesterday we have released a hotfix, version 4.4.24.2 to remedy this. So far the feedback is positive and it helped users to fix their issues. Please update to that version and check if that does the trick.

If by any chance it wouldn’t help with the issues, then your other option would be to downgrade to 4.4.23.

Let me know how that works out.

    Cheers,
    Andras

I tested it with paid tickets, as per your note from March 12 and no issues in 4.2.4

Could be the one you mention. That is beyond our control. I suggest to point it out to the theme devs to take a look at it.

Would be happy to hear about the progress.

    A.
