    Hi! Back in January, we had some problems with ECPRO: https://www.screencast.com/t/qcq8aCrOv

    Our old webmaster said he fixed it by deleting the Pro plugin and reinstalling it.

    We’re having the same problems again (started a few days ago around the time of your update): https://www.screencast.com/t/VhyMYxBZOtT

    I wanted to try deactivating and reactivating Pro before going to the lengths of deleting it. But now that I’ve reactivated it, I can’t navigate my site – I click a link and it takes 4-7 minutes for pages to load (if they don’t time out).

    You can see from the videos that the problems are real. But I don’t know how to fix this…. If I wanted to try deleting Pro and reinstalling it to see if that fixes it again, is there a way to do that from cPanel (given I cannot do it from the back end of WP right now)?

    We need help ASAP – our entire site is being affected. Thanks!

    PS – I did manage to grab system information – I let that page spin for a while and it finally loaded after a while.

    I’m not sure what happened from the time I posted this to now, but things seem to be coming back online. Maybe my client found something going on at the hosting company. Very strange. Thanks though!

    Reaching out to let you know we released a hotfix for Events Calendar PRO that addresses the performance issues in the admin area. We are sorry about the issues caused and appreciate the patience while we worked a fix out.

    Please update Events Caledar PRO to version 4.4.24.2 and let us know if the fix works for your site.
