    Hey,

    I have problems when other products are added to the shopping basket. When the order is completed. then the customer only receives an e-mail with an overview of the order. no tickets will be sent. when there are only tickets in the shopping cart. then they are automatically sent when an order is completed

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    I’m really sorry about this email issue. We are aware of this bug and our developers started looking at it. Hopefully we will have a fix soon.

    As a workaround, manually triggering the ticket email when editing the order, does send the ticket email. I know this can be cumbersome a bit especially if you have a lot of orders. Hang in there, we’re working on it.

    I am going to set the status of this ticket to “pending fix” and we will update it once the fix is released.

    If you have any new questions or issues please create a new ticket and we’ll help you out.

    Hi Steven!

    Just wanted to let you know that we think this issue is no longer present with our latest versions of our plugins.

    Could you please update your plugins and confirm this is also the case for you?

    When I did a test on Sunday after an upgrade, I was surprised that it suddenly worked. thanks for that!
