KeymasterI re-checked that file and for both of those events there is a line with “RECURRENCE-ID”. See the screenshot as a sample: https://cloudup.com/cRT7Umfw9Th
Once that was removed, the event showed up in my import.
If the individualization didn’t happen as we expect it, then you might need to recreate those events separately.

KeymasterHi,
This article might help you in case you want to use PRO on the dev site as well:
If I edit the files in the folder /plugins/events-calendar-pro/src/views/pro/ will my changes be deleted the next time I update the plug-in?
Yes, absolutely. You can create template overrides for the files in the src folder. Usually there are instructions at the top of the files.
You will need to place the template overrides for PRO files here:
wp-content/themes/[your-child-theme]/tribe-events/pro
You can read more about template overrides in our Themer’s Guide – https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
How can I edit the display template for one event or event list?
You would need to create a template override for this file:
wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/list/single-event.php

KeymasterHi Michael,
Not sure what could be happening. For me it still works with the latest. TEC 4.6.13 and PRO 4.4.24.2.
- I create a recurring event in the main language (English) and publish it
- Click plus on the second language => editor takes me over to that
- Click on “Overwrite with English content” => All data is copied over, including recurrence rules
- Click on “Translate independently” => data is still there
- Publish
Could you do a screen recording for me to see what’s happening?

KeymasterHi Cathy,
Thanks for sharing that.
I would need two more things from you.
Can you please share your system information with me?
What are your timezone settings?
- WordPress timezone under Settings > General (screenshot)
- Events timezone handling under Events > Settings > General tab > Time Zone Settings section (screenshot)
- What is the timezone of the events? (screenshot)
What I see from the exported file is that the events are in the UTC+0 timezone.
Thanks and cheers,

KeymasterHi Jamie,
Did it work after your individualized them? I’m sorry, this was not clear from your post.
Do you need any further help with this?

KeymasterSince the bug has just been discovered I cannot yet say when our developers will get to fix it.
Even when the fix ships it will not automatically remove the duplicates, you would need to do that manually.

KeymasterHi Michael,
Does this also happen if you follow the translation flow described in our guide?

March 28, 2018 at 2:32 pm in reply to: Scheduled imports of multiple google calendars into categories #1491131Andras
KeymasterHi Michael,
Thanks for this great question!
Yes, that is absolutely possible.
When you run an import or set up a scheduled import you have the possibility to assign one category to the events being imported. That category can be of course different for every feed / url / calendar that is being imported.
Let me know if you have further questions.
Cheers,

KeymasterHi Francois,
Thanks for your question!
That unfortunately is not available at the moment, sorry.
It might be possible to do with custom development, but that is already beyond the scope of our support.

KeymasterHi milemarkerone,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I’m really sorry about this email issue with EDD.
We have recently discovered this bug and soon a developer will start working on a fix.
Until the fix arrives the workaround would be to downgrade to an earlier version of the plugin. I would suggest Event Tickets 4.6.3.1 and Event Tickets Plus 4.6.2.
I am going to set the status of this ticket to “pending fix” and we will update it once the fix is released.
If you have any new questions or issues please create a new ticket and we’ll help you out.
Thanks and cheers,
