    I am using Event Tickets Pro with Easy Digital Downloads for my ecommerce and Stripe for the payment gateway. Confirmation emails with the tickets are not being sent out when tickets are purchased. This is a huge problem as there are tickets being sold and they are not recieveing their tickets. Can someone please help. https://capeannmarina.com/event/test-event/

    I had issues with the tickets not carrying over to the cart previously and your tech had given me the default instructions to deactivate all other plugins to check for a plugin conflict. I also reverted to the Twenty Seventeen default WordPress theme (with other plugins still deactivated) to check for a theme conflict and it crashed my site. I had to call my web host to fix the site and it cost me hundreds.

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    I’m really sorry about this email issue with EDD.

    We have recently discovered this bug and soon a developer will start working on a fix.

    Until the fix arrives the workaround would be to downgrade to an earlier version of the plugin. I would suggest Event Tickets 4.6.3.1 and Event Tickets Plus 4.6.2.

    I am going to set the status of this ticket to “pending fix” and we will update it once the fix is released.

    If you have any new questions or issues please create a new ticket and we’ll help you out.
