KeymasterGrüss dich Tomi,
Es tut mir Leid zu hören dass du Serverprobleme hattest. So ‘ne Schande.
Bezüglich EA Dateien, die Event Datei wird im Cache nur temporär gespeichert aber nach 1-2 Tagen wird alles gelöscht. (Wir haben auch kein speicherplatz um alles zu speichern und haben auch kein Nutz davon. 🙂 )
Lass mich wissen, wenn dies zufriedenstellend ist.
Grüsse
Andras

KeymasterHi Ted,
I’m happy to hear you found the source of that issue. Cool!
Yeah, the separator should be |, if it’s not that, then again, the theme, some other plugin (like YoastSEO) or some custom coding can change that.
The testing for conflicts should help you find the source of this as well. (I see you are using WP Rocket. Don’t forget to empty the cache after changing something.)Let me know if this gets you further.

KeymasterHey Lisa,
I checked the status of that ticket and if all goes according to plan, then a fix for this should come with the next maintenance release. That is planned for the second half of November, so 2-3 weeks or so.
Unfortunately I don’t have any code for this, nor can I recommend a plugin, I’m sorry. The workaround idea came to me that day. You would need to search for some solution or ask a developer to do this for you.
I hope the 2-3 weeks wait is manageable. Let me know if I can help with anything else.

KeymasterHi Emil,
Try something like this:
return tribe_get_start_date ( null, false, 'j F ', null );Check if that does anything.

KeymasterHey Shannon, you are very welcome!
I guess I’m as excited to get the results as you are. 🙂 Timezone differences and daylight saving time is always giving us some extra work. 🙂
Let me know, please!

KeymasterHi templesinai,
Hope you had a great weekend!
Yes, what I meant is to try importing the events with the changed timezone. For that you will need to delete all your events first, then remove them from Trash, and then purge them with the help of this snippet / plugin:
https://gist.github.com/andrasguseo/5f12965ce5a92927842026231b37e339
Then you can try to re-import.
And I’m happy you brought up Event Aggregator. You should try to run the import with that, rather than with iCal importer.
Since you have a valid license for iCal improrter you were given a free license for EA as well, for the same time period. You should be able to find your EA license key in your account under License keys (or just click here).
Give it a try and let me know if that solves it.

KeymasterHey Liam,
Hope you had a great weekend!
That’s weird, because for me it downloaded the image.
Do you see the images in your Media Library?
When you set up the import first time did you import the images as well? I’m not quite sure how it works after you update your import, or if you re-import.
What you can try is delete all the imported events (or just a couple for a test), remove them from Trash / Ignored and then import them again. Maybe give ‘Olly Murs’ a try, that for sure worked for me.
Also check the permissions for your wp-content/uploads folder and sub-folders whether it is writable. Permissions set to 755 should do it.
Let me know if this helps.

KeymasterHello Clarity,
I checked your site and I would be happy to help you out with this.
The misbehavior of the Filter bar has been only recently reported to us. It is a bug in the newest release. We already have a bug ticket on file for this. I will add your thread to it to give it more push and hopefully a fix will be coming out soon.
Meanwhile there is a quick workaround for this. Copy the below little snippet in your theme’s style.css file or, since you are using Divi, under Divi > Theme Options > General tab > Custom CSS box:
.tribe-events-filters-vertical {
float: left;
width: 25%;
}
Please let me know if this fixes it for you.Thanks and cheers,
AndrasAndras
KeymasterHello Ted,
Thanks for reaching out! Interesting issue you have, let me try to help you solve that.
Indeed, the browser title should be “Upcoming Events | Event Name | Page Name”, just like on our demo site. I also tested this on a local install, just to make sure. 🙂
So, there could be some customization in your theme that changes this, or it could be caused by a conflicting plugin.
As a first I would recommend to run a test for conflicts based on this guide.
Let me know the results and we’ll work from there.
Cheers,

KeymasterHallo Brian und hallo Hans
Vielen Dank fürs Feedback.
(I could continue in German, but it would take a lot of effort as it’s just Friday night so I’m getting a bit dizzy. 🙂 )
WOW! Thanks again for this feedback! It really makes me happy to see people working with our plugins, paying attention to them and suggesting improvements.
I’m also a big sponsor of improvements and making things easier so your thread ended up in good hands. I’ll mark your feedback and will bring it up in our next weekly team meeting. Then we see where we will get with this.
Have a great weekend and good luck with your projects!
Cheers,
Andras -
