A new site that I manage is reporting problems with their event ticketing. They use Event Tickets Plus to take Paypal transactions on their site. The Paypal transactions have all gone through fine, but some of the orders are not showing up in their admin pages.
Recent Event Orders that are entered show up in Woo Commerce & PayPal but do not show up on the Event Page.
WooCommerce is showing the orders sorted by Order Number. If you look in the Events List, the event page has “orders” & “attendees” that you can click on. Orders do not include many completed orders that are visible in WooCommerce and Paypal. Attendees also do not include these orders.
Can you please help? I will be happy to provide the admin log-in outside of this post. Thank you!

Thanks for reaching out and I’m really sorry about the issues with the orders not being shown for the tickets.
In your system information (thanks for submitting it, saves both of us time 🙂 ) I see that you are using outdated version of our plugins. Since then numerous bugs have been squashed and enhancements have been done. Could you please update them to the latest version and check if the issue still exists?
If you will still have the problem, then please also post some screenshots of the orders and the attendee / event page, where these orders are not showing up.
