KeymasterSuper happy to hear that! Good work Mandy!
Is there anything still open in this thread that you need help with? If not, then I’d be happy to close this ticket.

KeymasterHi Ben,
Thanks for your patience and followup.
I looked at the issue and would require quite some work. Unfortunately as per our support policy we are limited in doing and supporting customization. This is about as far as I can take you, from here you will have to take the reins.
If you need some expert help here is a list of developers from the community who should be able to help with your needs:

KeymasterHi Andrea,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I see that you were granted an Events Calendar Pro license as you are a non-profit organization. This license allows you to use the plugin and get automatic updates, however we do not provide support for them.
If you would like to receive support for Events Calendar Pro you will need to purchase a license.
Thanks for your understanding!
Let me know if you have any other questions.

KeymasterHi bwn_web,
Thanks for reaching out with your question. I can help you with that.
By default if the previous or coming months don’t have events, then the links that point to them are not visible.
This article should help you fix that and make them always visible.

Let me know if this helps solve it.

KeymasterHey Todd,
Thanks for using our plugins and welcome to the forums!
That’s a terrific question. Unfortunately I cannot give a positive answer to that. It is not possible to create tiered tickets with Event Tickets Plus out of the box.
An idea, cannot you just set up simply 3 tickets, where the 2nd and 3rd include the price of the base ticket as well?
I guess you want something like this with the tiers:
- base ticket (must buy)
- addition A
- addition B
You could do:
- base ticket
- base ticket + addition A
- base ticket + addition B
Would this work?

KeymasterHi Sepoil x,
The file that is being opened (/tmp/tribe_tmp_file_logger_2016-12-13.log) is in a temporary directory. The temporary folder is usually handled automatically by the system.
If you can assign permissions to the /tmp folder, then I would give it -755 or -775.
Otherwise I would recommend to contact your hosting provider, they should be able to help you out with this easily.
The “Permission denied…” message simply shows where the function resides that tried to open that file.
Let me know if this helps.
Cheers,

December 13, 2016 at 2:56 pm in reply to: Changing location of custom fields within Single Event Page #1205561Andras
KeymasterHi Mike,
You should be able to add html tags with classes and whatever content you want, and then format it with css afterwards.
Like this for example:
Other
tribe_get_custom_fields(), ) );
.......... ?>
Does this help?

KeymasterHello Ciaran,
I’m not quite sure how other museums or galleries who are using our plugins are handling this case.
If there is tangible need to change the functionality or have a setting for it, then it can get into future updates. If you would like this then please head to our UserVoice Page and add this idea or upvote that feature as they will increase the chances of it being added to a future version.
Here’s the link for our UserVoice page: http://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas
I also recommend giving background information, basically your opening post.
Also you could check out this plugin:
Note, this plugin is not developed by us and we don’t provide support for it, but it might help you out.
I hope this helps.

KeymasterHello again,
So I did some more digging as this issue made me real curious.
I see that you are using a plugin called The Events Calendar Shortcode, and – highly likely – you are using that to display the list of events. That plugin is not developed by us and we don’t give support for that.
I tested that plugin on a local install and I could recreate the event order issue with it. I also looked at your events on the default The Events Calendar list view and all seemed in order. See this screenshot. Also, the test event in December 2017 shows the right dates. (Here.)
You can check all this on your site as well, here’s the link to the list view:
I strongly suspect that the shortcodes plugin is ordering the events in a different manner and that is why you get the result that you get. I would suggest to get in touch with the developers of that plugin to help you fix that issue. I would also bring the date issue (2017-1969) to their attention as they might have something to do with it as well.
This is about as much as I can do in this case. I will leave this open in case you have any more questions or need more advice in this matter.
If you encounter any other issues or bugs, I would kindly like to ask you to open a new thread to keep things clear here in the forums. Thanks!
Cheers,
AndrasJust did a tiny bit more digging. 🙂 You can change the order with adding an extra parameter to the shortcode: key=’start date’. E.g.:
[ecs-list-events cat='festival' key='start date']That will surely fix it.
Regarding the date issue I would contact the plugin developers.

KeymasterCouple questions here that might help sort this out:
The events that are misbehaving, were they imported from somewhere or where they created? If imported, then what was the source? Could you share that?
When you create a new event in or after December 2017, does that date also change to 1969?
How are the lists with the bad dates generated? By shortcode? Which plugin / which shortcode?
Could you send me some screenshot of your timezone settings:
- Settings > General > Timezone (https://cloudup.com/cJoNqtRqvnZ)
- Events > Settings > General tab > Timezone Settings (https://cloudup.com/ckqyVVaYH9Z)
Will be waiting for your feedback.

KeymasterThanks for checking that!
Curious issue. Please give me some time while I dig around a bit. I might need to pull in some extra power.
Thanks for hanging in there.
