    Hello,

    We have a pro license, acquired in November 2016.

    We can’t seem to access the Pro Support Forums. Can you please give us the privilege?

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    I see that you were granted an Events Calendar Pro license as you are a non-profit organization. This license allows you to use the plugin and get automatic updates, however we do not provide support for them.

    If you would like to receive support for Events Calendar Pro you will need to purchase a license.
