Thanks for using our plugins and welcome to the forums! I’m sorry about the issues you are experiencing.
Do I understand correctly that:
- you have a TEC calendar on a website
- you are populating it with importing via Event Aggregator
- Then you take the iCal feed of this calender and try to import / show it in the app?
- The location is missing / not getting imported into the app
- The urls which are in the event description field are not being imported into the app
Thanks for clarifying that.
Also, could you please check the following:
After you import with Event Aggregator to the website, do you have all the information there?
If you create (not import) an event in the calendar and then you try to pull that to the app, do you experience the same issues?
Do the URLs in the description in other cases get imported? Which cases?

Could you please give me more details on the issue so we can investigate?
What deprecated calls plugin are you using?
What are you doing / when do you get that error message?
Do you also get the same if you have all plugins deactivated, except for the calendar ones (and the deprecated calls plugin I guess) and switch to a default theme?

Thanks for reaching out and I’m really sorry about the issues you are having.
Since you have a valid license for at least one of our premium plugins you are of course entitled for support in our premium forums. As per our guidelines it can take 24-48 hours during the week to get a response to a question, and the forums are not monitored over the weekend. And we really strive to get an answer out to every question within 24 hours.
Please also note that we don’t don’t provide support for customization, however I should be able to point you in the right direction.
To be able to help you with your questions I would like to ask for the following things:
- share with me your system information
- Please check after switching to a default theme like twentysixteen and you deactivate all plugin except for the calendar ones, whether you are still experiencing the issue. (Testing for conflicts.)
I will be looking forward to your reply, so we can sort this out.

I’m sorry about this logout issue. I tried to recreate it on my local install with the Divi theme, the calendar plugins and WooCommerce and so far everything was working as expected.
Do you maybe have some server side caching or a caching plugin that could interfere?
When you go back to the event page (after logging in on My Account) and you seem to be logged out, what happens if you refresh the page? Are you still logged out?
Is that a recurring event which produces this? Do you get the same with more events or only this? Do you get it with both single and recurring events as well?
The user you are using in the video, what privileges does it have?
Thanks for clarifying these for me. Your answers to these will help me in trying to pinpoint the issue.

Yes, unfortunately GUID also has its limitations. What you mention is true, that is what I was referring to with
so long as it is recreated on the same date, the guid will remain the same.
Hopefully, this will be solved the next release (4.4) coming out sometime in January.
Meanwhile I will try to check with the developer if he has any more ideas. Since most of the team is going to be out during the holidays, the answer is likely to come in the new year only. I’ll let you know as soon as I have something.

The fix is currently in testing phase so if all goes well it should be released this week.

I’m sorry to hear that didn’t work out. If you give me some more details where you got stuck or what is not working I would be happy to help you get this to a finish.
Why is it not possible to take โDateโ as a Rule and just give Date another time?
Most probably either doing it this way was not considered, or because you can do it with the above method, or also with the following approach: https://cloudup.com/cBNksXmpqxb
If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
But as said, it should be doable with one of the above methods. If you tell me where you are stuck, I might be able to help you out.

KeymasterThereโs no way of opening the meta fields without page reload (iโM NOT SURE WHAT YOU MEAN BY THIS)
On my test site, when I loaded the page, then for all the tickets the attendee info part was open.
If I click on all radio buttons, then those attendee info parts close up. (Only the RSVP confirmation stays open.)
And there is no way to get them open, only if I reload the page.
You experience the same?
