KeymasterHey Brad,
Thanks for getting back to me on that.
I’m looking forward to hearing the results in a week or so. Keeping my fingers crossed.

KeymasterHi again,
Please note that this is the pre-sales channel. Here we are unfortunately unable to provide technical support, but you can head over to The Events Calendar WordPress.org support forums for assistance and answers.
If you have a license for our premium plugins, you can log into your account and get assistance through the PRO forums. In this case please provide a link to this topic and / or share as many details about the issue as you can. Please also share your system information with us to be able to better help you.
If you need to reset your password, you can do so here. This will send an email to the account used when you initially registered for the support forums.
To get you started, looking at your screenshot, it has to do with the theme you are using. You can try different stylesheet and template settings under Events > Settings > Display tab.
Thanks for understanding and good luck resolving your issue.
Cheers,

KeymasterHi,
Sorry for the somewhat late reply. I was on the road without internet access.
Event Aggregator will only import the events themselves. Importing tickets is not a feature of it yet.

KeymasterHi Brad,
Thanks for sharing this.
A team mate took a look at your info as well… It looks like there was a big jump in the updates (PRO from 3.6.1 to 4.1.2).
Around that time there were some significant changes made in how recurring events are handled. It might be that something was leftover from the old version. We do not use that cron any more.
For now I would recommend you to simply delete that cron and see what happens.
Also, creating a backup of your database before that is advisable. Just in case.

KeymasterAwesome, congrats on the success!
There is no option to import fieldsets together with the tickets at the moment.
But I believe you should be able to export saved fieldsets (which appear under Events > Ticket Fieldsets) and import them to the new site with the built-in WordPress export / import tool.
Once they are imported you will need to assign them to the tickets.

KeymasterActually, once you migrate wp_posts and wp_postmeta, your venues and organizers will be migrated as well.
Also, part of the WooCommerce data will be there, but you will still need the specific WooCommerce tables.
Will I loose this progress by following the steps above?
Migrating the data / tables will not (should not) affect the design of your page. Any design related info is saved in the wp_options table, to the best of my knowledge. Unless you have a theme that uses its own data tables, but I never really saw a theme like that.
You will ‘lose’ your data, like pages and blog posts, except if you have them in the original wp_posts and postmeta tables. Then they will be transferred over as well.
Before proceeding I strongly recommend that you create a backup of your database, just in case something would go South.
Let me know how you end up.

KeymasterHi Nicolas,
Oh, great, happy to see you have found a solution that works for you. Congrats!
Since this is marked resolved I am going to close this ticket, but if you need anything else related to this topic or another please create a new ticket and we’ll be happy to help.

KeymasterHi Stephen,
Thanks for using our plugins and welcome to our help desk!
The featured events get this class: ‘.tribe-event-featured’
It gets added here:
wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/functions/template-tags/general.php:670
The sticky ones do not get an extra class, that is not implemented in the plugin.
Let me know if I can help you further.

KeymasterHey Mark,
Thanks for getting back to me.
We normally do not accept logins to user’s sites and in cases it is even easier for us to dig into the database through the db dump. If you could share the db dump and the system information that would be much appreciated.
No need to rush, whenever you get the time.
Thanks and cheers,

KeymasterHi Brad,
Please give me some time while I look into this. I will get back to you as soon as I can.
In the meantime please share your system information with me, as well as a screenshot of that cron.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi p.alves,
Thanks for getting in touch!
That is a great question you posted there. I’m happy to help you out with this.
In the following article from our knowledgebase you will find some templates and samples if you want to do CSV import:
The short story is, when you import RSVPs or Tickets, you need to have a column that contains the Event Name, ID, or Slug. And during import you need to assign that to the appropriate column of course.
I hope this helps! Let me know.

KeymasterHi tnuismer,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Sorry to hear about this issue.
Can you please check if the same happens if you switch to a default theme like twentysixteen?
Also, I see that your PRO plugin is somewhat outdated. It is recommended, that – after a full backup of your site (files and database) – you update the plugin. And check if the issue is still there.
Thanks and looking forward to helping you get this fixed.

KeymasterHi Nicolas,
Thanks for reaching out to us with your question.
Our plugins do not offer this kind of granularity yet. Nonetheless I understand where you are coming from and we definitely want to improve on our plugins.
I will log this so our developers can have a look at it. Though at this moment I cannot give you any timeline when that is going to happen.
Essentially this looks like a custom development task and so is outside of our stated scope of support. We may be able to assist you further. At the moment we do need to prioritize support requests from other customers at this time but I’ll certainly flag this with the team and – although we can’t make any promises – if we have time and space to come back and help, we’ll be happy to do so. Please let us know if you’d like to go this route so that you can be added to this queue.
If you urgently need help with this, however, you may instead wish to consider working with a suitably skilled developer or designer who can offer the additional level of support you require.
Thanks,
Andras
