ParticipantHi,
I’m trying to import events and tickets for the events. If I’m right and so far I found in the support section, I can only add events and tickets separate. But how do I combine them.
At the moment I have the events and the tickets but the events have no tickets.I hope I’m understandable.
Thanks in advance.Regards

KeymasterHi p.alves,
Thanks for getting in touch!
That is a great question you posted there. I’m happy to help you out with this.
In the following article from our knowledgebase you will find some templates and samples if you want to do CSV import:
The short story is, when you import RSVPs or Tickets, you need to have a column that contains the Event Name, ID, or Slug. And during import you need to assign that to the appropriate column of course.
I hope this helps! Let me know.
Cheers,

ParticipantHi András,
thanks for your reply. I finally managed to add tickets to my events.
I have one more question. Is it possible to add ticket fields with the import or define a saved fieldgroup?Kind regards

KeymasterAwesome, congrats on the success!
There is no option to import fieldsets together with the tickets at the moment.
But I believe you should be able to export saved fieldsets (which appear under Events > Ticket Fieldsets) and import them to the new site with the built-in WordPress export / import tool.
Once they are imported you will need to assign them to the tickets.

ParticipantHi András,
thanks for your answer.
Does the Aggregator provide this feature I’m looking fore?
The goal is to automize all the steps. It’s very time intensive if every Ticket needs to be updated manualy.Regards

KeymasterHi,
Sorry for the somewhat late reply. I was on the road without internet access.
Event Aggregator will only import the events themselves. Importing tickets is not a feature of it yet.

ParticipantThanks for your answer. It’s a shame that there is now automated solution. Hope there will be in future.
