KeymasterHi David and welcome back!
I’m sorry you’re having this issue with the import.
Could you please share with me the url to the feed, or the file that you are trying to import and is giving you this error? I would like to run some tests with it as well.
Thanks!

KeymasterHello nysci,
Thanks for getting in touch with your issue. I’m really sorry this is happening with your events.
The details you gave me above help a lot. I checked and indeed it is unusual.
We are aware of this issue. This happens on occasion unfortunately.
With version 4.4 we have changed how recurring events are handled and some recurring rules are not ported over correctly causing this weird behavior.
Unfortunately there is no workaround for this at the moment, but a fix is being worked on. I will add your thread to the ticket to give it more push.
The only thing you can do is to manually edit the faulty events and set the rules right.
I’m sorry again that you are having this trouble.
I am going to set the status of this ticket to “pending fix” and we will update it once the fix is released. If you have any new questions or issues please create a new ticket and we’ll be glad to help.
Thanks and cheers,

KeymasterHey Veronica,
Thanks for reaching out! I’m sorry you are having this issue.
I’m not quite sure what is causing this, so there are a couple of things we can do.
As first, please share your system information with me so I get a better picture of your environment.
Open the console in your browser (Ctrl + J) and go to the Events > Imports page where you have this issue. Select what you would normally in the dropdown and see if there are any error messages appearing in the console. Send them to me if they do.
Since the user in the other thread reported that re-installing WordPress manually helped him, you can give that a try. (1. download WP from wordpress.org; 2. log in to your site via ftp 3. upload all content of the unzipped WordPress file except the wp-contents folder.) Or go to Dashboard > Updates and run a re-install.
If this still doesn’t help, then try doing a full conflict test to see if any plugins are influencing this.
You can try reinstalling The Events Calendar plugin. Only reinstalling that is enough as that handles Event Aggregator. (1. Deactivate; 2. Delete; 3. Install: either manually upload or search for it under Plugins > Add new)
Let me know what you find.
Cheers,
AndrasAndras
KeymasterHello Henrik,
Thanks for using our plugins and welcome to the forums!
I’m sorry about this issue with the filter bar. I have tested this on a local installation and it happens to me as well. It looks like we have a bug on our hands. I have filed an internal bugticket so our developers will take a look at it. Unfortunately at the moment I cannot give you any timeframe on that.
A workaround would be allowing the users to select only one state at a time.
I am going to set the status of this ticket to “pending fix” and we will update it once the fix is released. It is still open so you can post here regarding this topic.
If you have any new questions or issues please create a new ticket and we’ll be happy to help.
Thanks and cheers,

KeymasterHello Mark,
Thanks for reaching out! I’m really sorry you are having this issue with the duplicating events.
To get started on this I need to ask you a few questions.
What is the source of the import? Can you share the url to the feed with me?
What are your settings under Events > Settings > Imports tab? Could you share a screenshot of the whole page there?
Thanks!
Andras

KeymasterHello,
I appreciate the offer! However, our current policy is not to accept logins or to log in to customer servers/WordPress installations. (We only do this in very very rare occasions.)
But I can test importing the feeds that you have issues with, if you can share them.
I already tested the one you posted above (Superdomingo: Sharonne, Kika Lorace y La Prohibida), and it imported the image just fine. (Also on your site I see them fine, but you might have changed them manually. Did you?)
Can you share any feeds I can test and some details on what issues, wrong images I should be looking for?

KeymasterHello Wendy,
I have logged an internal bug ticket, so our developers will take a look at it. Unfortunately at the moment I cannot say when that will happen.
Looking at your hosting providers offers and terms, plus the mysql limitation you mentioned, in my humble opinion, this type of hosting arrangement is far from optimal. Nowadays I very rarely see limitations of any kind in any hosting plans, especially business ones.
SiteGround is very much liked by a lot of team members here, might be worth a try while we try to get that bug sorted.

Keymaster🙂 Indeed. It was a stupid little thing. Now we should be ~100% good on translations. (Fingers crossed.)
So finally after 8 months and 22 days I’m going to close this ticket. That calls for a celebration! 🙂
Cheers Brian and thanks for your contribution!

KeymasterHola Antonio Jose
Thanks for reaching out! Since I don’t speak Spanish I used google translate to help me out.
If I understand correctly you would like a shortcode that list all event from one category.
You can use the tribe_events shortcode like this:
[tribe_events view="list" category="category-slug"]You can find more information on the shortcodes here.
Note please, that the shortcode doesn’t support multiple categories, only one category at the moment.
Let me know if this helps.

KeymasterHello Steffen,
I ran some tests with the feed and all went fine so far. I did a one-time import, then set up a scheduled import, then ran the scheduled import again. All good.
The white screen can signal some other issue. For the next step I would suggest deactivating all your plugins except the calendar ones and switch to a default theme like twentysixteen and check if you are still getting the same error.
Let me know and we’ll continue from there.
Cheers,

KeymasterHello Xavier,
Thanks for using our plugins and welcome to the forums!
I’m sorry you’re having issues since the last update. Let me try to help you solve that.
Can you specify in detail what you mean by “images are broken”?
Also could you share with me a url that you are having an issue with when importing, and tell me an example event. I would like to run some tests as well.
Thanks and cheers,
