Customers informations reclaimed in ticket fieldset not sent to seller

Hi there,

I’m experimenting a trouble now. Customers informations reclaimed in ticket fieldset are not sent to the seller email adress.

That’s quite anoying because my customer required this function.

How can I make these infos send by email ? Searching for hours and didn’t find any option.

Hi Aurélien,

Thanks for using our plugins and welcome to the forums!

If you are using the extra attendee meta fields that you can set up for a ticket, that information is sent out with the ticket email to the purchaser.

The ticket email is sent out when the purchase is marked completed. It looks something like this.

Thanks a lot for your reply. But unfortunatly it doesn’t solve my problem.

Look, I need to send the ticket informations or at least a copy of the customer ticket to the seller (me) when the payment is validate (order is in progress).

In fact I just need the customer ticket duplicate and send to my email.

I’m surprise there isn’t any option to do that in your plugin ?
