After the Update “Additional Veranstaltung Fields” is still not translated.April 27, 2017 at 4:08 pm #1275482AndrasKeymasterHello Brian,
I checked and indeed, it didn’t get in to the .pot file (and thus the .po files) when they were generated for the last release.
Here is an updated pot file which you can use to update your .po/.mo.
Let me know if you come across anything else.
Cheers,

Thanks. Im totally in for a workaround but as it is only my testsite im gonna keep it like it is now for further testing. When do you a have a sustainable fix?
ThanksApril 28, 2017 at 1:27 pm #1276041AndrasKeymasterHey
If you only mean the “Additional Veranstaltung Fields” then it is likely going to be fixed in the next release. The fix will be that the string “Additional %s Fields” will be added to the tribe-events-calendar-pro.pot file and then to all the existing .po files. So nothing special.

May 5, 2017 at 1:59 pm #1279599AndrasKeymasterBrian, thanks for checking and reporting that. I’m really sorry this slipped through again. We will need to look at our process why the .pot update is missed sometimes.

May 17, 2017 at 3:17 pm #1285182AndrasKeymasterHi Brian,
Got some good news, we finally found – and fixed – the issue with the “Additional Veranstaltung Fields” string. It was double translated in the code, and the second one didn’t have a domain, so it didn’t get into the translation files. Now that’s fixed so it will come with the next maintenance release, hopefully within a day or so. (Might be even earlier. 😉 )
Let me know how that plays out.
Cheers,
AndrasMay 22, 2017 at 4:16 am #1287013websourceParticipantHi Andras
Unbelievable! it works 🙂
Thanks BrianMay 22, 2017 at 1:16 pm #1287274AndrasKeymaster🙂 Indeed. It was a stupid little thing. Now we should be ~100% good on translations. (Fingers crossed.)
So finally after 8 months and 22 days I’m going to close this ticket. That calls for a celebration! 🙂
Cheers Brian and thanks for your contribution!
Andras
