KeymasterHi Mcayla,
At the moment, yes, these seem to be the 2 alternatives. I’m sorry that I cannot offer a better solution for you currently.
The issue I reported is on high priority at the moment and I will also flag it to my manager to give it a bit more push. While I cannot guarantee it, I believe a fix will be out for this soon (3-4 weeks). Hang in there, the fix is coming.
Thanks for your patience!

KeymasterHi Daniel,
Thanks for going the extra mile for this. That is a great find!
I will open a bugticket for this so our developers can investigate the issue.
One last piece of info I would like to ask for. Does this issue also happen if you only have The Events Calendar active and Events Calendar PRO is deactivated?
Thanks for letting me know!

KeymasterHi @Daniel, thanks for chiming in! I’ll get back to you regarding the issue in your thread.
Hello @Sean, did you manage to run the conflict test? What did it bring?

KeymasterHi Adam, welcome to the forums!
No, unfortunately that is not possible out of the box.
You will need to do some customization for that.
You can either use some javascript or jQuery on the page that will not let the counter go higher than one.
Or you can try a template override where you limit the input field to only allow the number 1, or even eliminate the field or make it read-only. You can find further info on how to create template overrides in our Themer’s Guide.
Or you can try to use the WooCommerce products page to sell the tickets and have a WooCommerce extension that limits the max number of tickets that one can purchase.
At the moment these are the ideas that come to my mind. Hope this helps you get started.
Let me know if I can help you with anything else.

KeymasterHello Ulf,
That looks like a funky customization. 🙂
I believe there is no such function you are looking for.
However, the url of the recurring events looks like this:
http://domain.com/event/{event-slug}/<em>yyyy-mm-dd</em>/So for example:
http://wpshindig.com/event/startup-happy-hour/2017-08-11/So if you have the slug and the date, you should be able to create the url for every recurrence.
Does this help?

KeymasterHello Rebecca,
Thanks for going Pro and welcome to the forums!
I’m sorry to hear about your troubles with downloading. Normally you should access the downloads on this page and should work.
Can you share with me a screenshot of the error page you get? That might help us get closer to the source of the issue.
Thanks and cheers,

KeymasterHello Zack,
Thanks for using our plugins and welcome to the forums!
I’m sorry about this issue, this must be really upsetting.
After entering your license key on Events > Settings > Licenses wait for the green server response message, then hit the Save button at the bottom of the page.
Then go to the import page and check if it works now.
Let me know if that does the trick.

KeymasterHello Daniel,
Thanks for reaching out to us with your issue. I’m sorry this is happening.
As a first approach I’d like to ask you to go through our conflict testing guide and see if that brings any conflicts to surface.
If all works fine with your current version, then please update the plugins to the latest versions and re-test.
Please, let me know the results and we will work forward from that.
Looking forward to helping you solve this.
Cheers,
