Hello, I have purchased a license key but it does not work. It shows that the key is active when I put it in the backend but then when I go to the import section it only shows the free options and asks me to purchase the key again.

I’m sorry about this issue, this must be really upsetting.
After entering your license key on Events > Settings > Licenses wait for the green server response message, then hit the Save button at the bottom of the page.
Then go to the import page and check if it works now.
