Downloads not working

    i have tried to download the plugin from our active business license where we have one more site available and I also tried purchasing another personal license of the events calendar pro – both times it completed the payment but when i click download it gives me an error page on your site and doesn’t allow me to download the product. please advise!

    Thanks for going Pro and welcome to the forums!

    I’m sorry to hear about your troubles with downloading. Normally you should access the downloads on this page and should work.

    Can you share with me a screenshot of the error page you get? That might help us get closer to the source of the issue.
