KeymasterHello there,
Thanks for your application and for using our plugins!
Great question you have there!
Yes, you are right. Once your premiums license runs out and your non-profit application is approved you can continue to use Events Calendar PRO and receive updates.
If you will need support again after the ECPRO license has expired you will be required to purchase a new license.
Hope this clarifies the case.
Let me know if you have any further questions, I’d be happy to answer them for you.
Cheers,

KeymasterHello Daniel,
Thanks for using our plugins and welcome to the forums!
Great question.
Limiting venue and organizer selection by owner is not part of our plugin functionality at the moment. I believe it could be done with some custom development, though can’t say how easy or difficult that would be.
Customization work of this kind is beyond the scope of support we provide. I can try to give you some pointers but you would need to do the heavy lifting yourself.
If you need help with developing this I can share with you a list of developers who could possible help you out.
Let me know.

KeymasterHey Joffrey,
Let me know how the string replacement works out.
As for your other question, please note that we are limited in doing and supporting customizations, especially ones with third party plugins.
I will ask the team if anyone has an idea about the above. It might take a couple of days as we are heavily overloaded at the moment. I ask for your kind patience on this.
If you need help faster, then I can share with you a list of independent developers from the community, who are not affiliated with us. They should be able to help you out.
Cheers,

October 20, 2017 at 5:26 am in reply to: Google Calendar ICS Scheduled Imports Hung on "Import Pending" #1366430Andras
KeymasterHi Justin,
imports with a status of Import Pending were cleared out
That’s some good news.
We have also pushed an update on Event Aggregator.
At the moment I don’t have anything else new. Let’s see if these 2 events have any effect over the weekend. Could you give me an update on Monday? And we’ll see how we can move forward from there.
Thanks and have a great weekend,
Andras

KeymasterHi Tim,
We do try to fix every bug that are found in our plugins. We continuously evaluate the reported bugs based on different factors to decide which one will make it into the next maintenance release.
I have logged a bugticket for this and will be evaluated after the next maintenance release. So at the moment I cannot give you a fixed date when this is going to be fixed.
You can ping me after the next MR (in about 2-3 weeks) and I can give you an update on the status. Until then I am going to set the status of this ticket to “pending fix”.
If you have any new questions or issues please create a new ticket and reference this one.
Thanks for your patience!

KeymasterHi Derek,
Sorry to hear that it’s not fully working yet, but it looks hopeful. At least the Calendar seems to be working now.
Since this is marked resolved I am going to close this ticket, but if you need anything else related to this topic or another please create a new ticket and we’ll be here to help.

KeymasterHi Brandon,
Thanks for hanging in there, I know this is taking long. EA imports are rather a complicated issue and we are continuously working on the plugin and the service to make it more and more reliable.
That said, this week we pushed out an update on The Events Calendar, as well as did an internal update on Event Aggregator. (Note: EA is dependent on TEC and not EC PRO.)
I’m happy to hear the duplicates are getting less. Hope this trend continues. 🙂
A thought that I had now thinking about duplicates, if you leave the duplicate there (e.x. 1B), when the import runs again, does it again create a duplicate (like oyster-roast…-3) or does it update the ‘oyster-roast…-2’?

KeymasterHi Herb,
Thanks for reaching out!
By default the page redirection after RSVP is not part of our plugin, but you can achieve that with this extension.
It will add a settings field under Events > Settings > Tickets tab where you can enter the URL where you want to redirect the users.
Hope this helps.

KeymasterHey Joffrey,
Just got some more info.
You might need to change the whole string where the word is used, not only the ‘Ticket’ word.
For example:
Order #%1$s: %2$s reserved by %3$s (%4$s) on %5$swould become something like
Order #%1$s: Auditions reserved by %3$s (%4$s) on %5$sand
My Tickets for This %sto
My Auditions for This %sand
Update %sto
Update AuditionsAs for ‘Ticket ID’ use the full string like
Ticket IDand change it to what you need. (No need to open a new thread.)Let me know how this all works out.

KeymasterHi Chris,
Thanks for reaching out to us and I’m really sorry about this stock issue.
I’d be happy to help you find the source of this.
What payment gateway are you using for the transactions? (My hunch is PayPal.)
When a purchase is made, what is the status of the order you see? Is it still ‘Pending Payment’, ‘Processing’ or ‘Completed’? Do you have a snippet or plugin that modifies the default behavior? (We used to recommend a snippet that would set the ticket order status to ‘Completed’ automatically.)
Could you do the following test scenarios please and share with me the results:
- Enable the ‘Cash on Delivery’ payment method in WooCommerce. Purchase a ticket like that and check if the global stock goes down. If the global stock goes down, it can signal that there is an issue with your regular payment gateway.
- Create a normal WooCommerce product and set up a stock for it. Make a purchase with your regular payment gateway and check if the stock goes down. Then try the same with CoD.
Looking forward to helping you solve this.
Cheers,

KeymasterHey Joffrey,
Thanks for reaching out! Let me try to help you with this one.
The snippet you shared should work well is most cases.
Sometimes the strings also have a context with them. If that is the case then you (also) need to use this very similar looking snippet:
https://gist.github.com/andrasguseo/29903a974cb84060957881c17613c278
Also, the string needs to be an exact match, so ‘Ticket’ is different than ‘Tickets’. You will need to add both separately.
So the code would look like this:
$custom_text = array( 'Ticket' => 'Audition', 'Tickets' => 'Auditions', );As an alternative solution for the 2 snippets you can also try a plugin that basically does the same. It’s called Say what?
You can check these if they work for you.
As another alternative you could use template overrides for the files which handle the verbiage you would like to change. You can read more details on template overrides in our Themer’s Guide.
One of those files would be:
wp-content\plugins\event-tickets-plus\src\views\tickets-plus\orders-tickets.php
Let me know if you need further assistance.
Cheers,
