    We are anxiously awaiting approval of our non-profit license request (for hcpto.org). We submitted the request on October 2nd.

    I saw in another post that the non-profit license does not include technical support. If we pay the license fee for the first year (when we are more likely to need support) can we then continue with the non-profit license after that?

    Thanks for your application and for using our plugins!

    Great question you have there!

    Yes, you are right. Once your premiums license runs out and your non-profit application is approved you can continue to use Events Calendar PRO and receive updates.

    If you will need support again after the ECPRO license has expired you will be required to purchase a new license.
