As I last asked, is it possible for you to send us an export of your theme global options so I can import them in my local installation to see if any difference?

I can see from your system information that you are using older versions of Community Events (4.5.6) and Community Tickets (4.5)
Please make sure you are using the latest versions of our plugins. Remember you can always download our plugins from your downloads page > https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/

Thanks for getting in touch with us! I’d be happy to help you with this.
For the venues to show up in the map view, they must have the Geolocation information needed (Latitude and Longitude coordinates). This information is obtained using the Google Maps API upon saving a venue.
Sometimes, the venue information needed by the Maps API to return the Lat and Long coordinates are not sufficient enough. To prevent this, you should try to complete all the fields (Address, City, Country, State or Province and Postal Code).
Please try to check if the venues you are having problems with, do have all the above mentioned fields. If you still experience problems with a specific venue, please let me know which one so I can have a closer look.

Unfortunately, that is not a built-in functionality of our plugins. Additional attendee information is always requested for each attendee.
However, if you are using WooCommerce, you could customize the checkout form to request additional information. Let me share the following article that may be of help > https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/tutorial-customising-checkout-fields-using-actions-and-filters/

The issue you are having is mostly sure because there is a plugin that adds extra columns to the admin table. You can hide/show these columns by clicking the “Screen Options” tab in the top right corner of the screen.

Thanks for coming back with your system information.
I don’t see anything wrong that would indicate an error, so this looks like it could be a plugin conflict.
The next thing I would like you to try is testing for conflicts. Please deactivate all other plugins except Modern Tribe plugins and WooCommerce. Does it change anything? How about if you switch to a default theme (like Twenty Seventeen)? Do you see any changes?
What happens if you try deactivating all plugins and switching to the Twenty Seventeen theme together? Do you notice a difference then?
We always suggest to setup a dev/staging site so you can test things out without disrupting the live site.

Can we pay wire transfer?
Unfortunately, we do not accept wire transfer. We use third party payment processors, including but not limited to Braintree and PayPal, to handle all product financial transactions.
Is there a reseller discount that you can share with us?
