ParticipantHello! We’ve recently purchased the Event Tickets Plus, but unfortunately it doesn’t work right. Every time we try to edit the ticket, this happens (please watch the attached image).

MemberHi Konstantin!
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I’m sorry to hear you are having that issue. Let me help you with the troubleshooting.
First, please share with us your system information by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/. We’ll see if there is anything strange that would indicate an error from there.
Could you please see if there are any console errors by inspecting the page when having that error? We have an article that explains how to do that here > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-google-chrome-developer-tools/
If you see no console errors, then it could be a conflict with your theme, another plugin or even some custom code. So, to make sure we are not dealing with a conflict, please go through the steps outlined in our Testing for Conflicts guide and see if you can reproduce the same issue under default conditions.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks,

MemberHi Konstantin,
Thanks for coming back with your system information.
I don’t see anything wrong that would indicate an error, so this looks like it could be a plugin conflict.
The next thing I would like you to try is testing for conflicts. Please deactivate all other plugins except Modern Tribe plugins and WooCommerce. Does it change anything? How about if you switch to a default theme (like Twenty Seventeen)? Do you see any changes?
What happens if you try deactivating all plugins and switching to the Twenty Seventeen theme together? Do you notice a difference then?
We always suggest to setup a dev/staging site so you can test things out without disrupting the live site.
Please let us know about that.
Thanks,

ParticipantHello, Victor!
I’ve tried to switch different plugins ON and OFF, cleaned up the cash,
updated WordPress and all the Tribe Events plugins, but nothing helped.
We are using the Monstroid 2 template so there should be no problems with
The Event Calendar PRO and Event Tickets Plus((
Could you please check it?//edited by admin for security purposes

MemberHi Kosta,
Thanks for testing that out.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept login credentials as we state in our terms > https://theeventscalendar.com/terms/
When editing the ticket, have you checked for any console errors?
Just to confirm, did you try switching to a default theme to see if any difference?
If you see no difference, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG ? This will create a debug.log file inside the /wp-content directory.
After that, try reproducing the issue a few times, so that in case there is an error, it will be saved into the debug.log file. Please share that log file with us so we can see if any problem from there.
Thanks,

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
