MemberHey There!
Just wanted to follow up on this and let you know this issue is in the dev team’s hands and has already been reviewed. This means it will be assigned a priority for a future maintenance release. We’ll keep you posted on updates.
No need to reply this, unless you have other questions.
Cheers!

MemberHi Anne!
I’m really sorry for the delay here. In addition to our heavy work we’ve had some unexpected team changes that resulted in longer delays.
I just wanted to follow up on this to see if you are still in need of our help here. We may have some time available to go through this topic this week so let me know if you were able to solve this on your own. If not, then let me know and we’ll be happy to review this and think of something.
Thanks,

MemberHey Aaron!
Don’t worry about the delay.
First off, I do want to note that we are fairly limited in how much we can support custom development questions like this.
That said, I’d be happy to at least point you in the right direction as best I can.
If I understand correctly, you want to show the additional info for an event in different ways depending on the content of those additional fields. To do that, you would have to override the additional-fields.php template file located in /wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/src/views/pro/modules/meta/
In there, I would suggest checking out the $fields variable by using print_r or var_dump like this:
<?php print_r($fields); ?>Then you can modify the template to suit your needs. I hope it helps.
Let me know how that goes.
Cheers!

MemberOh yeah, I see exactly what you mean.
That is something you should be able to change in the menu settings by going to Appearance –> Menus.
There is a good article that will point you exactly how to do that > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/adding-a-calendar-link-to-your-site-menu/
Let me know how that works.
Best!

MemberHi Thomas!
Thanks for reaching out to us! 🙂
I’m sorry about this issue.
This could be related to a plugin or theme conflict, so could you please go through the complete steps in this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ and let me know what you can find in the process?
What user roles are you having the issue with?
Also, when coming back, Could you please share with us your system info by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Let me know how that goes.
Thanks,

MemberHey Fation!
I’m glad you sorted that out!
Sure! By default, the main calendar page for your events is https://www.evalcommunity.com/events so you don’t need to create an additional page for that and it will show all the events, no matter if they have a category assigned or not.
Will this work for you? Please let me know. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHi Robert!
You don’t need to add any code, but it is possible that your theme is customizing the calendar templates.
Just to set expectations right, I do want to note that we are fairly limited in how much we can support custom development questions like this. That said, we do like helping out so let me try and help you with that.
Could you please check if inside your theme there is a folder named tribe-events? If so, then let me know which files and folders are in it. This way I can take a look and point you where to modify the templates to make them show the month navigation on top. Let me know about it.
Also, when coming back, could you please share with us your system info by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/

MemberHi Martin!
Thanks for getting in touch with us! 🙂
I’m sorry you are having that issue.
If you have already tried using the “Default Events Template” by selecting it from Events > Settings > Display tab under Events Template and the issue still persists, then I’m mostly sure it’s a theme issue. Then, removing the sidebar from the template is something you might be able to do from the theme settings.
I see you have tried the following:
- Deactivated all other plugins? Yes
- Switched to a default theme? Yes
Did you happen to notice a difference when deactivating all other plugins or switching to a default WordPress theme, like Twenty Seventeen? What happens if you try deactivating all plugins and switching to the Twenty Seventeen theme together? Do you notice a difference then?
If you see no difference in those conditions, then we’ll need to do some deeper troubleshooting.
Is your theme making any template overrides for our plugin templates? You can see this by looking into your theme for a folder named tribe-events. If there is such folder, then let me know what other files and folders are in it. Let me know about this.
Thanks,
VictorVictor
MemberHi Lina!
Thanks for reaching out to us and for using our plugins! 🙂
I’m sorry you are having this issue.
I could not reproduce the issue in my local installation. It could be related to a plugin or theme conflict, so could you please go through the complete steps in this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ and let me know what you can find in the process?
I can now see you have list view set as default view for mobile and it’s working fine for me. Is the week view the only view you are having the issue with?
Thanks,

MemberHi Fation!
Thanks for getting in touch! 🙂
This page > https://www.evalcommunity.com/events/category/events/2017-05/?tribe_events_cat=events&tribe-bar-date=2017-05 will show only the events that belong to the category “Events”. And the event you say it is not displaying in that calendar does not have the “Events” category assigned.
Could you try adding that category to that event and see if it shows as you would expect? Let me know if it helps.
Best!
