MemberHi Joel!
Thanks for getting in touch! Let me help you with this topic.
You can use the Advanced Template Settings to add content before and after the event content by going to Events > Settings > Display tab
Additionally, we have a good extension that will allow you to specify in which calendar views you want the content to appear > https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/display-custom-html-specific-calendar-views/
If you are looking to make a deeper customization, you can make a template customization by using one of the methods described in out themer’s guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
I hope that helps! Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

MemberHi Adam!
Thanks for reaching out to us! Let me try to help you with this topic.
You could possibly achieve something like that but would definitely require some custom coding.
One approach would be to request an email for each ticket in the attendee information and then use that information to register a new user for each attendee, using the register_new_user() function > https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/register_new_user
I hope that helps! Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

MemberHi Pascal!
Yikes! I’m sorry the snippet didn’t work.
I will flag this in the report to see if there is another workaround for it.
When you say it doesn’t work, do you mean you still don’t see the cost field in the backend after placing the snippet?
Can you confirm you placed the snippet into the functions.php file of your active theme?
Please let me know.
Thanks,
VictorVictor
MemberHi Cheryl!
Thanks for following up with this.
I’m sorry it doesn’t work by selecting another template.
What I meant to explain before is that the $index variable is being altered somehow by your theme, another plugin or even a custom snippet.
I know you mentioned that changing theme solves the issue, which might indicate it’s a theme conflict. But, as I could not reproduce the error myself using the theme you provided, it makes me think there could also be something else involved, like a plugin or custom code.
Just to confirm, does the map work by switching to the parent theme? If it does, this narrows the problem down to the child theme. In which case, I would try deactivating all other plugins to see if the issue persists.
Let me know about it so I can further help you troubleshoot this.

MemberHi Clarence!
Thanks for following up!
Are you trying to make a recurring event? If so, the recurring events functionality is built in with our Events Calendar PRO plugin > https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar-pro/
As a reference, here’s a good article that explains how it works > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-recurring-events/
I know you are using Event Tickets Plus, so please note that at this time, Event Tickets Plus will NOT support tickets for recurring events.
I hope that helps! Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

MemberHi Jayson!
Thanks for following up with this.
Yes, it could probably be something going on with those filters you are using. Please try commenting out that code (or temporary remove it) and see the outcome of the export.
If you still get empty results after that, please proceed with the testing for conflicts guide to narrow down the problem and make sure we are not dealing with a theme/plugin conflict.
Let us know how that goes.

MemberHi Lige!
I’m really sorry you are experiencing this issue.
I think you might have missed by last reply about the testing for conflicts. Perhaps you didn’t receive an email notification for it?
I see you tried the following:
- Deactivated all other plugins? Yes
- Switched to a default theme? Yes
But just to confirm, did you happen to notice a difference when deactivating all other plugins or switching to a default WordPress theme, like Twenty Seventeen? What happens if you try deactivating all plugins and switching to the Twenty Seventeen theme together? Do you notice a difference then?
We suggest you setup a dev/staging site so you can make all these tests without disrupting the live site.
If you see no difference in those conditions, then we’ll need to do some deeper troubleshooting.
Please let me know about it.
Thanks,
VictorVictor
MemberHi Ricarda!
Thanks for reaching out to us! Let me try to help you with that.
First, let me note that we are fairly limited in how much support we can give for custom development questions like this.
That said, we always like helping out and at least point users into the right direction as best possible.
We have a great article that will get you started on customizing our plugins > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
I’m not very familiar with the FacetWP plugin and have never seen it working with The Events Calendar but if you bump into any questions while building that customization, feel free to ask and we’ll try to help as much as we can.
Let me know how it goes and I’d be happy to help.

MemberHi Eric!
Thanks for taking your time to report this.
We are already aware of this issue and we’ll address it in a future maintenance release of our plugins.
I will set this thread to “Pending fix” and link it to the bug report, which means you’ll receive a notification once a fix is released.
I apologise for the inconvenience and we’d appreciate your patience while we work on this.

MemberHi Jayson!
Thanks for getting in touch. Let me help you troubleshoot that issue.
I made a few tests on my own local installation and I am not able to reproduce this issue. The only column I see empty is the Primary Information, but this is just the Customer Name and Email Address, which I can see in separate columns.
I will reach out to the team to make some additional tests and see in which scenario this could be happening.
In the meantime, could you please let me know if you are customizing the export in any way?
Additionally, This could be related to a theme or plugin conflict. I see you have tried deactivating all other plugins. Did you happen to notice a difference when deactivating all other plugins?
What happens if you switch to a default WordPress theme, like Twenty Seventeen? How about if you try deactivating all plugins and switching to the Twenty Seventeen theme together? Do you notice a difference then?

MemberHi Yvonne!
Thanks for following up with this.
I’m not sure I understand what you mean by future iterations.
This is how the plugin is designed to show the cost for the event. The changes I provided are just a way to customize the templates for your specific needs, but not something that we think should be a default behaviour.
Does it answer your question? Let me know 🙂

MemberHi Cheryl!
Even if you are using PRO, the template that is used to render the map in the single event page is the map.php template file located at /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/modules/
In that template the $index variable holds the map identifier that is used to be printed in line 19:
<div id="tribe-events-gmap-<?php esc_attr_e( $index ) ?>" style="<?php esc_attr_e( $style ) ?>"></div><!-- #tribe-events-gmap-<?php esc_attr_e( $index ) ?> -->The template is used inside the tribe_get_embedded_map() function. That function is being called from the map.php template file located at /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/modules/meta/
My guess is that the $index variable is being modified somehow before being sent to the map.php template.
Another thing I noticed is that you are using a template called page-events.php as the Events template, which I’m not able to select in the themes you sent. Try selecting a different template by going to Events > Settings > Display tab. Does it change anything?
If it doesn’t, then I’d suggest you get in touch with the theme authors and let them know about this so they can offer some insight on this matter.
Let us know how that goes.

MemberHi Pascal!
Thanks for coming back with the screenshot.
I did a few tests and I found out there is currently a small bug that takes place when you have Event Tickets installed and activated along with The Events Calendar.
I will log a report for this issue so it can be taken into account in a future maintenance release of our plugins. I will link this thread to it so we can let you know as soon as it’s fixed.
In the meantime, I’ve found a workaround for this by pasting the following code into your active theme’s functions.php file:
add_filter( 'tribe_events_admin_show_cost_field', '__return_true', 100 );Please let me know if the code works for your site.
Thanks,
