    Hi Julie!

    Thanks for reaching out to us. Let me help you with this topic.

    Could you please share with us a screenshot, in a private reply if you’d like, of the ticket editor for that particular event? Specifically, I need to see the ticket settings for that event and the Fixing Mistakes ticket being edited.

    Also, a screenshot of the Attendees page will be helpful.

    Thanks,
    Victor

    Hi Juan!

    Thanks for reaching out to us! I’ll be happy to help you with this topic.

    First, please let me note that we are fairly limited in how much support we can give for custom development questions like that.

    That said, we always like helping out and at least point users into the right direction as much possible.

    The code you shared seems to not have gone through entirely. Could you please share the complete file and attach it to a private reply? I will have a look at it and try find any problem.

    Do note that you might need to compress it in a zip file in order to attach it.

    Thanks,
    Victor

    Hi Dan!

    Thanks for reaching out to us! Let me help you with this topic.

    That said, we always like helping out and at least point users into the right direction as much possible.

    Try using the following code to remove that action:

    remove_action( 'tribe_events_date_display', array( 'Tribe__Events__Community__Event_Form', 'loadRecurrenceData' ) );

    Does it work for you? Please let me know. 🙂

    Hi Frank!

    Thanks for taking your time to report this.

    Unfortunately, I can confirm this is a bug on our end. I will set this thread’s status as “Pending fix” and link it to the report. This way, we will notify you once a fix is released in one of our next maintenance releases of our plugins.

    I have tried downgrading up to The Events Calendar 4.6.8 and the issue still persists. I wouldn’t recommend earlier versions of the plugin as they may have old bugs that were fixed in subsequent releases.

    The only workaround I could find so far is setting the Event Update Authority setting to Do not re-import events. Changes made locally will be preserved. I might not be ideal, but it will retain the additional fields created for the events.

    We apologise for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience while we work on this.

    Hi!

    That is an old snippet so it might need some teaks to make it work.

    Try using the following instead and see if it works.

    // [tribe_mini_calendar_date eventDate="2018-03"]
    function tribe_mini_calendar_date_func( $args ) {
       // add event date
       if ( isset( $args['eventdate'] ) ) {
         define ( 'DOING_AJAX', true);
         $_POST['eventDate'] = $args['eventdate'];
       }

       Tribe__Events__Pro__Mini_Calendar::instance()->register_assets();

       ob_start();
       the_widget( 'Tribe__Events__Pro__Mini_Calendar_Widget', $args, $args );
       return ob_get_clean();
    }
    add_shortcode( 'tribe_mini_calendar_date', 'tribe_mini_calendar_date_func' );

    I hope it helps. Let me know about it.

    Hey There!

    Thanks for following up with this.

    If that’s not changing for you, then it could be the list widget is being customized by your theme. To confirm this, could you please try switching to a default theme (like Twenty Seventeen) and see if it works?

    If it does, then you should check if there is a tribe-events folder inside your theme directory like this:

    wp-content/themes/YOURTHEME/tribe-events

    That folder is where you can make template overrides of our plugins to customize them. You can learn more about this in our Themer’s Guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/

    Let me know how it goes.

    Hi Dan!

    Thanks for confirming that.

    I can indeed confirm this is a bug on our end. I will set this thread’s status as “Pending fix” and link it to the report. This way, we will notify you once a fix is released in one of our next maintenance releases of our plugins.

    In the meantime, you can prevent the error message from showing up by disabling WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY in your site.

    Hi David!

    Thanks for getting in touch with us. Let me help you with this topic.

    Indeed, there is a setting to limit how far in the future to fetch events. You can set this by going to Events > Settings > Imports under Global Import Settings you will find the Import Limit Type and Import Date Range Limit options.

    I hope that helps. Let me know if any follow up questions 🙂

    Hi Ralf!

    Thanks for getting in touch with us.

    Event Tickets Plus adds an option to your ticket settings to show a list of Show attendees list on event page. You can learn more about this > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/making-tickets/#global-stock

    Additionally, there is a very useful shortcode if you want your users to be able to see their event registrations when logged in > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/display-a-list-of-attendees-events/

    I hope that helps. Let me know if any follow up questions. 🙂

    Hi Johnny!

    Thanks for getting in touch with us.

    I’m sorry to hear you are having such difficulties. I would like to help you with this, but in order to do so, I need you to log into your theeventscalendar.com account and post in our Help Desk > https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/forum/events/event-aggregator/

    This way, we’ll have access to all your account licenses and perform the tests needed with them.

    Please also share with us your system information by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ ?

    Additionally, please send us a screenshot of your Event Aggregator System Status by going to your wp-admin > Events > Help.

    When you post logged in with your account, please share the link to it here so I can follow up with it.

    Thanks,
    Victor

    in reply to: Event Aggregator with multiple Facebook accounts #1458637

    Hi Julie!

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    Let me answer each of your questions.

    Can we link multiple Facebook accounts to the Event Aggregator?

    You’ll be prompted to enter one Facebook account information once, which allows Event Aggregator to “talk” to Facebook and accurately gather event data using the Facebook API.

    After that, you will be ready to import from multiple Facebook pages or groups using their respective URLs > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/import-from-feed-or-url/

    Will Event Aggregator post on our stores “landing subpages” with their local store calendar and Facebook events? Or do I require a multi-site Word Press?

    Event Aggregator will only import events and save them as an Event post type for The Events Calendar. You can assign event categories to the events you import and then navigate to view the calendar with a specific category of events > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/event-categories/

    If you need completely separate calendars for each of your imports, then you can create a multisite installation.

    I hope that helps. Let me know if any follow up questions. 🙂

    Hi Brandon!

    Thanks for getting in touch with us!

    To prevent the template overrides from being erased with theme updates, you can use a child theme and copy the /tribe-events for your template overrides in there. As a reference, let me point you to our Themer’s Guide to find more about customizing our templates.

    To learn more about child themes > https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/advanced-topics/child-themes/

    I hope that helps. Let me know if any follow up questions 🙂

    Hi Sören!

    Thanks for reaching out to us! 🙂

    Yes, each image can have its own unique Link URL, regardless of the display option you select.

    I hope that helps. Let me know if any other question.
