    Hi – I need some help with some inventory issues. I’m not sure if my client isn’t submitting the inventory correctly or what is going on. The same event is showing different inventory in two places.

    I’ll give you a concrete example.

    On the events page, the March 29 fixing mistakes class shows that there are 6 available. However, when you get to that particular event page, it shows 4. 4 is correct, but when edited in the back end, the changes don’t show. What’s happening and what are we doing wrong?

    Particular event page: https://mysisterknits.com/class/fixing-mistakes-33/ – showing 4.

    Where is the “central” place to change this so inventory is the same across the event?

    Could you please share with us a screenshot, in a private reply if you’d like, of the ticket editor for that particular event? Specifically, I need to see the ticket settings for that event and theĀ Fixing Mistakes ticket being edited.

    Also, a screenshot of the Attendees page will be helpful.

    You’ll see they are set at 6, but there is a (4) next to it?

    Hi Julie!

    Thanks for coming back with the screenshots.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept login credentials as we state in our terms.

    In the Tickets Settings, I can see the shared capacity is set to 6, which causes the event to have a total capacity of 6.

    Try setting the shared capacity to 4 if that should be the event total capacity. If you are only creating one ticket for your event, you might want to set a capacity for that ticket only and set the shared capacity to 0 (zero).
