    Hi,

    I am having an issue with the event aggregator. I have been using your service for about 6 months now and I have been very happy with the functionality of the plugin. I have been using it on many of my client’s websites that involve events. However, I have been receiving some technical difficulties when trying to import events. I have it set up to automatically import events, which has stopped. But now it is not possible for me to manually import events. The only option I am given is CSV Import, and I primarily use Facebook import, but all other options are greyed out. I am also receiving this message (There may be an issue with the Event Aggregator server. Please try your import again later.)

    If you can help solve this problem for me it would be greatly appreciated,

    I’m sorry to hear you are having such difficulties. I would like to help you with this, but in order to do so, I need you to log into your theeventscalendar.com account and post in our Help Desk > https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/forum/events/event-aggregator/

    This way, we’ll have access to all your account licenses and perform the tests needed with them.

    Please also share with us your system information by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ ?

    Additionally, please send us a screenshot of your Event Aggregator System Status by going to your wp-admin > Events > Help.

    When you post logged in with your account, please share the link to it here so I can follow up with it.
