MemberHello, Vayu!
Thank you for considering The Events Calendar! I can help with this ?
While we don’t have anything built into Event Tickets Plus to limit access, that’s something that is a part of WordPress user roles. You would probably need to create a new user role for the Instructor and use a bit of custom code to limit access to just the areas that you want available.
Another possibility is a plugin called User Role Editor. I’ve used this with success on a couple of sites. You can find that plugin here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-role-editor/
Does this help answer your question? Let me know how it goes!

You said that the problem happened when you moved to the live site environment, did you have the same plugin version numbers on the dev site?
One last thing to try, it may be a longshot but we released The Events Calendar 4.5.0.2 shortly after the initial release. Would you mind updating that plugin and trying again? The stated fix does not appear to be related to your issue but I’d rather confirm than assume.
Let me know what you find out and I’ll look into things on my end as well!

That’s strange. Can I ask if you’ve had an opportunity to run through our complete troubleshooting steps? Just to summarize, they are as follows:
- Please ensure The Events Calendar/Events Calendar PRO are up-to-date
- Deactivate all other plugins
- Switch to a fresh, unmodified copy of a default theme such as Twenty Sixteen
- Now test and see if the problem remains
If that solves the problem the next step is to start reactivating everything and test at each stage to see if the problem returns – this is a great way of uncovering conflicts.
You can read more details in our Testing for Conflicts guide here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/
I understand you say the problem is random, but to troubleshoot effectively we do need to get things as close as possible to a default environment without non-standard themes or third party plugins encroaching.
I was able to replicate the issue on your site with the links you sent as well as just by clicking through from the main Events link so I think this will give us some valuable information.
Let me know what you find out!

MemberHi Alex,
I’m glad this file was helpful to you!
I do want to note that we are fairly limited in how much we can support custom development questions like this.
That said, I’d be happy to at least point you in the right direction as best I can.
Here are a few Knowledgebase articles that may be helpful:

Since you say that you don’t want to use WPML, maybe you could opt for Polylang. While it is unsupported, it is free and several of our users have managed to get the results they wanted with it.
We also have a list of freelancers who we would happily recommend for this level of help.

MemberHi, Michael!
I’m glad to hear it sounds like we’re on the right track so far 🙂
To be able to allow people to sell tickets on your site you’ll need Community Tickets, which is listed as part of the Community Manager bundle. You can read more about the Community Tickets plugin here: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/community-tickets/
This should get you covered! Let me know if you need anything else, I’m happy to help 🙂

Your timing is perfect! We just released The Events Calendar 4.5…check out this blog post https://theeventscalendar.com/release-the-events-calendar-4-5/. Scroll down to the heading that says Event Aggregator: Full Imports Between The Events Calendar Instances, I think you’ll find it’s just what you’re looking for!

Thank you for checking out The Events Calendar! I can help with this ?
You can easily do what you’re describing with The Events Calendar and Event Tickets Plus. In addition, Woocommerce will integrate fully with Event Tickets Plus. There are several payment gateways you can use with Woocommerce, you can read more about payment gateways on their site, Paypal is definitely one of the solutions they offer.

I understand what you mean! It’s going to be important for you to keep the fields that you’ve pointed out as that email is definitely the one that is used to send the confirmation email to the attendee. An alternative would be to remove any duplicate fields from the custom fields you added.

Let’s double-check to be sure the events are entered correctly, they can be a bit fiddly to set up just right!
Check out the screenshot below and see if this helps:

If I’m off-base and all your settings are correct, then we have a different problem and can start troubleshooting from there!

The styling and templates all match up but it looks like there’s something affecting the styling/spacing. That leads me to think you may have a conflict somewhere. As a first step, it would be awesome if you could go through our ‘Testing for Conflicts’ guide. You can find that here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/
Let me know what you find out and we can troubleshoot from there.
