MemberHello, Hans-Gerd!
Thank you for the detailed information as well as the updated screenshots. I’m not able to reproduce this behavior on your site.
I did also import some of your events to my local site (using the export feature from your site), while I did initially have some problems it was fixed by making sure the ‘Show Google Maps’ and ‘Show Google Maps’ boxes were checked. I also had to turn of a Chrome extension that I use called ‘Ublock Origin’.
- My suggestions for troubleshooting from here are as follows:
- Make sure the events that don’t show up in map view have a valid address or latitude/longitude.
- Make sure the Show google maps box is checked.
Upgrade The Events Calendar Plugin to our latest release version (4.4.5)
Hopefully, this will bring you to a resolution. If not please let us know and we’ll continue to help you debug.

MemberHi, Michelle!
Thanks for following up! This is really good feedback. It looks like we’re dealing with a Safari specific bug. I did my test on Chrome/Mac.
I don’t have an answer for you yet but I wanted to let you know I saw this and will begin troubleshooting first thing in the morning. Stay tuned!

MemberHi Logan!
I can help with this! I have a custom extension I wrote for another customer that will help get you started. I’m attaching the file here.
This extension only provides a field for the Event Description. I can modify that to add the other fields but I won’t be able to get that done until sometime tomorrow. If you know PHP feel free to attempt the modification yourself…otherwise I will update this thread when I have the rest complete.
I hope this helps! Let me know 🙂

MemberHi, Ryan!
I can help with this!
Would you mind sharing a sample of the CSV file that you used for the import? That will be the fastest way for me to help you debug what’s going on.
Thanks so much!

MemberHello, Gibson!
Thank you for using The Events Calendar! I can help with this 🙂
You can add CSS to change just about anything you like. I’m attaching a screenshot because I think it’s the easiest way to show you what I mean.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you need anything else 🙂

MemberHi, Rebekah!
Thank you for using The Events Calendar! I can help you with this 🙂
You are correct, to add/copy files to your theme directory you will need to get an FTP client. I highly recommend Cyberduck. They have excellent documentation here https://trac.cyberduck.io/wiki/help/en
Once you’re connected to the server you can add/delete and modify files. I recommend making a backup of your site before you make any changes, it’s always nice to have a safety net!
I hope that helps, let me know how it goes!

MemberHi there!
First of all, thank you for using The Events Calendar! I think I can help with this. Using ‘tribe_get_events()’ is a good idea except that you do have to be pretty comfortable with PHP to use it effectively.
Tom’s suggestion to use the [tribe_events_list] shortcode is definitely a solid idea. You can read more about the shortcodes here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-widget-shortcodes/
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions, I’m happy to help 🙂

MemberHi, Simone!
Thank you for using The Events Calendar! I can help with this!
To change the width of your photo to take up the entire space allotted to it in Photo View you can add a CSSÂ snippet to the ‘Additional CSS’ field in the Customizer.
.tribe-events-list .tribe-events-event-image { width: 100% }You can read about using the Customizer in this article at WP Beginner http://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-easily-add-custom-css-to-your-wordpress-site/
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions, I’m happy to help 🙂

MemberHello, Liat!
Sorry for the delay here! I can help with this!
What you are describing is possible using the function
tribe_get_events()You can find out more about that here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-tribe_get_events/You’ll need to move the day-view template into your theme directory. You can find out how to do that in our themer’s guide here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
I hope this helps, let me know if you have any questions of need further clarification!
