ParticipantHi Kevin,
I’m going to check in with Brook and see if he has any more ideas about this one. π
In the meantime, have you, by chance followed the steps here to test for conflicts with themes and plugins? This might reveal where the issue is rooted.
Cheers!

ParticipantHi Dorian,
This sounds like a major conflict indeed! Unfortunately, we’re not able to support page builder related conflicts.
However, I did some digging and found this SiteOrigin forum thread where a fellow user suggested a fix for the conflict between the two plugins. I think you might find that helpful. π
Please let me know if I can offer any clarification on our support policies or plugin features. π
Cheers!

ParticipantHi Clifton,
I’d love to help you out here. First, I have a few questions/need some more information:
- Β When did this start happening (as far as you can tell)?
- Have you been through our conflict testing procedures? (If you haven’t, please do this and let me know what you find out)
Once I have this information, I’ll be able to help you get all sorted!
Best,
Shelby π

ParticipantHi Vanina,
I’d love to help you out with this. π
So, while this isn’t a built in option, one of our team members has written a code snippet that you can implement to add this functionality. You can find said snippet here. π
Please let me know if you have any follow up questions!
Cheers,
Shelby

ParticipantHey Luke,
Thanks for posting, Iβm happy to help.:)
This kind of request would require some custom dev work, which unfortunately is outside the scope of the support on our forums. We have some resources for doing that hereΒ and here. If you need to find someone to help with the customizations, we also have some tips for finding help here.
Hope this helps!
Thanks,
Shelby

ParticipantHi Adam,
First, thank you for using our plugins. Second, thank you for all of the work you did prior to opening this ticket. That is an immense help! π
I clicked on your link, and wasn’t able to see the issues you describe, and as you mentioned, it’s probably because I wasn’t logged in? Could you possibly send me a screenshot or a screen capture video and denote the issues you’re having so that I can better assist you?
Let me know about this, and we’ll go from there!
Cheers,
Shelby π
April 14, 2017 at 6:37 pm in reply to: Prune attendees from deleted orders on the attendee list #1270329Shelby
ParticipantHello again Jens,
We are aware of that issue, unfortunately at the moment there is no way to automatically cancel tickets and increase stock and remove the attendees. However, we do have the process documented in this knowledgebase article. π
We already have a feature ticket for this open. I will add your thread to it to give it more emphasis and a feature should be on the way hopefully soon. Until then IΒ truly appreciate your patience.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Cheers,
Shelby π
April 14, 2017 at 6:26 pm in reply to: Add Recurring Events, Integrate w/ Shop, Multiple Ticket types #1270325Shelby
ParticipantHi Ryan,
Glad that was helpful! I’m going to be responding below each question again so as not to miss anything:
1. In the demo the total ticket stock is 15 correct? Not each day there are 15 tickets?
15 tickets for each sale period (which you can set to match your event dates).
2. Can you create a recurring event for every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday of each week?
Yes. π You can set multiple rules for every recurring event.
3. If we created recurring events could we then go into each specific daily event and add a ticket using a saved fieldset?
Yes. π
4. Can the saved event fieldset have two variables: i.e. Ticket Type & Event Time?
Yes!
Also, if you need help implementing any of this after purchase, our support team is always here to help in the forums! π
Best,
Shelby π

ParticipantAh, I see Jazmin!
I can definitely help you with this. So you’ll want to use Events calendar widget configured as the photo below. If you require further help with implementation, since you seem to be a current user of our premium plugins and/or free plugins, I recommend reaching out to our support on the Events Calendar PRO premium forum or WordPress.org forum. In those places, we have the capacity to provide more technical support. This Pre-Sales forum is reserved specifically for questions about the features of our plugins for users who are making decisions about which, if any, to purchase.
Anyway, here’s the screenshot for how you should configure the widget:

Let me know if I can clarify any of this!
Best,

ParticipantHi Joren,
My apologies, I intended to wrap that up by telling you which plugins you should use.
To do as I described above, you’ll need The Events Calendar (free), Events Calendar PRO, Event Tickets (free), and Event Tickets Plus. π
Please let me know if you have any further questions!
Best,
Shelby π
