Jazmin
GuestHi there,
I’m wondering if there is a way to display the upcoming events in a calendar view rather than as tabs/banners as they default to.
Thanks.

ParticipantHey Jazmin,
Thanks for considering our plugins, I’m happy to help you out with these questions! 🙂
Sounds like you’re trying to make some pretty cool changes! 🙂 I want to make sure I’m understanding exactly what you’re trying to do, could you possibly send me some screenshots denoting the changes you want to make? Perhaps you could use our demo site, WP Shindig, to show me? This will help me give you better guidance in this matter if I understand the application of your request more directly (plus I’m a visual person).
In the meantime, I think you may find our Themer’s Guide and our Functions List helpful for the types of changes you’re trying to make. 🙂 Once I hear back from you, hopefully I can give you more specific answers and some resources to point you in the right direction.
Cheers!
Shelby 🙂

GuestHi there!
Thanks for the quick response. On the WP Shindig site it would look like the right sidebar widget on the demo page. The calendar view of events. I can’t seem to figure out how to set that up.
Thanks!

ParticipantAh, I see Jazmin!
I can definitely help you with this. So you’ll want to use Events calendar widget configured as the photo below. If you require further help with implementation, since you seem to be a current user of our premium plugins and/or free plugins, I recommend reaching out to our support on the Events Calendar PRO premium forum or WordPress.org forum. In those places, we have the capacity to provide more technical support. This Pre-Sales forum is reserved specifically for questions about the features of our plugins for users who are making decisions about which, if any, to purchase.
Anyway, here’s the screenshot for how you should configure the widget:

Let me know if I can clarify any of this!
Best,
Shelby 🙂

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
