ParticipantHi again Greg,
Thanks for clarifying!
Your developer should insert the following into the theme modifications where they want the state info to print:
<?php echo tribe_get_state();?>
Please let me know how that goes!

ParticipantHi Doron,
There seem to be a LOT of errors printing in your log, many of which have been present since as early as January.
Unfortunately, with this many errors, and my inability to replicate it on my server, I have to conclude that this is a conflict. If you can disable all of the other plugins and switch to a default WP theme, clear your cache, and show me if errors for just our plugins are still printing and if the issues persist, then I can keep troubleshooting this.
However, if you’d like to try and resolve these issues with the other errors present, you’ll need to hire a developer to help out. If you need to find someone to help with the customizations, we have some tips for finding help here.
Hope this helps, and thanks for understanding!

ParticipantHey Joanna,
Thanks for clarifying. π
I’ve done some additional digging into this topic, and I found a very similar thread between user Marty, and support team member Brook, that I think will give you the answers you need, as that specific file is mentioned with a similar request, and Marty reported that he was able to implement the solution. You can view that thread with this link.
Please let me know if this helps and if you have any follow up questions to this issue!

ParticipantHey Dan,
Thanks for using our plugins, I’m happy to help! In order to help, I would like to get some more information from you, if I can:
-First, if you could please test for conflicts by following this documentation? Let me know what you find. This will help me determine how deeply we need to look into the specific configuration of your site, or if this is a bug. π
-Can you send me a link to your site so I can see this firsthand? Β I can often be more helpful in giving solutions to problems I can see and interact with. Thanks!

June 14, 2017 at 7:18 pm in reply to: Add additional tick boxes to ticket ordering process? #1298228Shelby
ParticipantHi there Callum,
Great question, and it makes total sense to want that functionality!
There are a couple ways that I can think to implement this:
-Add extra fields to your tickets with our additional fields functionality.
-Adding more checkout fields with this add on from WooCommerce
Please let me know if you have any follow up questions or need any clarification!
