I’ve turned on pretty permalinks (at least I think so…), as shown in this picture that is attached.

The “month” view of my calendar works, but its not at the correct location (i.e. /events). The list view throws a 404 error every time.

Please advise me on how to fix this issue.

When I click on the view “list” I am taken to the page: https://greenwood.church/events/list/

However, the List view seems to reside at https://greenwood.church/?post_type=tribe_events&eventDisplay=list

    Hi there Justin,

Thanks for using our plugins, and I’m very happy to help out here! πŸ™‚

This sounds like it may be a theme or plugin conflict. Could you please go through the steps here to test for a conflict and let me know what you find out? Then we’ll go from there!

Let me know if you have any follow up questions or need any clarification about this. πŸ™‚

    Thanks,

    Shelby πŸ™‚

Thanks for responding quickly! I have tried disabling the theme, and all plugins except for events calendar and the pro plugin. When I go to greenwood.church/events I still get the screen shown in the first image…

However, when I go to the https://greenwood.church/?post_type=tribe_events&eventDisplay=month, I get the second image…

I showed you above where I enabled pretty permalinks – I don’t understand what’s going on here. Can you advise me on the next step?

    Hi again Justin,

Thanks for working through that process with me. Here are the next steps I want you to take:

    1. Change the “Events URL Slug” setting under “Events > Settings” to “calendar” instead of events
    2. Reset your permalinks again
    3. Clear your cache
    4. Navigate toΒ https://greenwood.church/calendar and see if it’s still throwing the 404

Let me know how this goes. πŸ™‚

    Best,

    Shelby πŸ™‚

Turns out it was something in the theme I think. At least the theme support was able to fix it…
