MemberHi folks. Rob from Modern Tribe here; just wanted to chime in to apologize for the poor support experience you have had so far. Joyce is indeed no longer a member of our Community team as of this morning and my colleague Jonah (who has already begun engaging in this thread) will be taking point on it going forward.
Please let me know directly (via email, rob at tri.be) if you have any further issues with how this thread is being resolved. But know that you’re in good hands with Jonah, who will do his best to help get this squared away. Thanks again for your support and patience so far.

MemberHi there pb. I can definitely take a look at this issue for you, though if it’s not one of the situations described above it’ll require some investigation to get to the bottom of it. Investigating this is going to require that I take a look at the backend of the site in question, though. Mind sending an email to pro /a tri.be with a set of admin credentials / a link to this thread / the Facebook API credentials? We won’t change anything on your site beyond attempting to import an event. Mostly this is to see your configuration and try to recreate locally.
Thanks!
Rob
MemberFor those who may not have seen it, this is a slick site with a real solid integration of the The Events Calendar/PRO: http://exploresewickley.com/events/. Note the event category dropdown, the dedicated PRINT button, etc. Great work!

MemberHi again Michelle. Just wanted to follow-up on this now that I’ve had Paul do some further digging. Unfortunately this is outside the scope of what we can provide support on, as we don’t have mobile support built into the plugin at the moment. You may want to hire a developer to take a look at this if it’s an important feature to have but we sadly haven’t got the support bandwidth to provide integration issues on something that specific.
Hope that helps and sorry we couldn’t offer up more. Please let me know if you have any other questions and thanks for your patience/support so far.

MemberHey Tony: sounds like we’re all good here, right? As it’s been two weeks since the last exchange I’m going to assume we’re set here and am closing the thread out accordingly. If I’m wrong and you’re still having issues, open a new thread and we’ll take a look from there. Cheers!
Rob
MemberJust wanted to follow-up on this, Frank – as we haven’t heard from you in a while, I’m going to go ahead and close this thread out in the interest of organization here on the forums. Should you find that this issue emerges again please post a new thread and we’ll follow-up as needed. Thanks!

MemberHey Site. As we haven’t heard from you in a while, I’m going to go ahead and close this thread out in the interest of organization here on the forums. Should you find that this issue emerges again please post a new thread and we’ll follow-up as needed. Thanks!

MemberHey again Caroline. We’re working to fix this during our current dev round, but for some reason – still using 2.0.8 + 3.4.1 – it seems to have resolved itself. We’re no longer able to recreate at all; are you? It’d be awesome if you could confirm as much.
Rob
MemberHey Paul. Thanks for the note here, and my apologies for taking a few days to get you a response on this. I’m not sure how doable this is without either somewhat intense customization or a third-party plugin. But let me see if Casey from our team has any ideas on it. Stay tuned…

MemberSorry we couldn’t offer up more here, David. If we can offer up any other tips to point you in the right direction or if you have any other questions on integration/bug-related issues, please do let us know. We really appreciate your support.
Rob
MemberNice. Thanks for confirming as much, Robert. Sounds like we’re set here so I’m going to close out the thread…but if you need anything else, just holler.

MemberNo prob, Yellowhousedesign. Just a heads up that we’re still looking into this. No guarantees but we’re doing what we can. Stay tuned and thanks for your patience so far.

MemberThanks Jen! Not sure Casey saw this response, but I’ve passed it back his way just to be safe. Thanks for your patience so far.
Rob
MemberHey there Louis. Thanks for the follow-up; glad to hear Casey’s first tip got you where you needed to be on that end.
I’m not sure the level of effort required for your second request; it may be outside the realm of what we can provide support on if it’s complex customization, but if Casey has any tips that can point you in the right direction I’ll definitely have him pass those on. I’ve asked him to take another look accordingly.
Stay tuned and thanks for your patience so far.
