MemberHey Cynthia! You get a chance to check out Barry’s last reply here? Want to make sure we’re getting you what you need š
Rob
MemberYes; both the support person and the original poster should see the private reply. Odd to hear that you’re not. In it Kelly wrote:
Hi, Kevin. Iād like to try importing your event in our test environment. Would you mind sending me your Eventbrite API User Key? Let me know if you need help finding it.
If you want to send that to pro /a/ tri.be with a link to this thread, since it sounds like there’s an issue with private replies here, that’d probably make the most sense. Thanks!

MemberYup š We’ve been training up a new batch of support staff this week and should have things back to regular next week, but until then things are a bit rough going on the support side. Appreciate your patience as we work through this.
It looks like you’re still running Events 2.0.11, which is actually a few releases behind at this point. I was thinking that this could be an issue related to that fact…but what’s odd is that I just tested locally in the same environment you note here (just the plugin on a stock installation, pretty similar to what I see when visiting your site). When I do and when I click into a recurring event instance, it takes me to the correct URL (the specific instance of that event, rather than the base event from the recurrence pattern).
It also seems like on your site, once I toggle forward to September, clicking an instance of a recurring event takes me to the correct entry (try it with the traditional market on 9/28). Couple of issues that could be at play here:
* Is it possible your version of The Events Calendar is not consistent with your version of PRO? IE, that PRO is still on 2.0.11 but core is on either 2.0.10 or somewhere in the 3.x range?
* Have you customized the widget, the plugin or the theme in any way that? (If so and if you’re in a position to temporarily strip out those customizations, it’d be good)
* Upgrading to 3.0 should help. We totally rebuilt the widget to something far more robust for 3.0, and while I can’t guarantee it’ll fix this issue since I’m unable to recreate the problem locally to begin with, things should be functional by virtue of having the new / improved version.Let me know your thoughts from there. Admittedly, it’s a bit tough to diagnose since we’re not seeing other reports and cannot recreate. My only other thought is that it might be a WP 3.5.1 issue; the last version we tested on with 2.0.11 was I believe 3.5.2, so it’s very possible a small change in that build could fix the problem. (It’s somewhat unlikely, but worth a shot).
Let me know and I’ll make a point of not letting this one slip through again, so I can get you replies in as timely a fashion as possible. Thanks again for your patience so far.

MemberThanks for the follow-up here, Charles. Going to have Sam (the dev who checked it previously) see what he can do to point you in the right direction here. This as it stands is sadly outside my area of expertise. But as soon as he has a chance to take a look we’ll be back in touch. Should be real soon and we appreciate your patience in the interim.
