Custom Themes Question

Can somebody explain how I should be using my own themes/files to override ECP? I’ve tried this: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/events-calendar-themers-guide/ but can’t make anything work.

I have wp-content/themes/my-theme-name/tribe-events/ do I now create a folder called ‘pro’ and copy the files from events-calendar-pro/views to it? Should I be keeping subfolder names? I want to change the order of things in single-event.php so should it be in pro/day/single-event.php or something else?

Hi David – if you override single-event.php your version should live at:

wp-content/themes/YOURTHEME/tribe-events/single-event.php

Does that help?
