I’m not too pleased, I’ve boasted about your tool on many forums and spoke with you guys previously. I’ve paid (honestly) for two plug-ins when I could have used one and I see a broken calendar. What gives? I don’t feel like going through every single plug-in on a live site to see if there’s a conflict, that’s somewhat of a ridiculous thing to ask of a customer, frankly.

BTW, I just deleted a bunch of plugins that were bogging the site down. Mostly AdSense plugins, etc. but I still don’t see a functioning calendar and users are hitting this now. I can see it in real-time analytics.

The landing pages are also busted: http://www.pghmannerchor.com/event/buffet-luncheon-event-2-2/2013-08-01. One part of this might be CSS header, but not the rest, it looks shabby.

Hey Alex. Thanks for the note here, and sorry to hear of the inconvenience you’ve experienced here. As you may be aware based on our past exchanges, we’re committed to getting everyone’s issues sorted here to the extent we can.

While admittedly the deactivation route is pretty common practice for identifying conflicts with WP plugins or themes, I can see how you’d be frustrated at the request to do this. Unfortunately there are situations where we really have no other option at identifying the source of an issue – such as here, where this is certainly not the default behavior of the plugin and does sound like something specific to your install. Thank you for taking the time in your subsequent message to give it a go and see what might have been the issue.

I’m finding that all 3 of the links you’ve provided here – the original main site link, the events page and the specific event you linked to – aren’t working for me. Have you already deactivated the plugin and moved onto another solution? If not, can you provide me a functional link so I can do my best to get you sorted here?

Thanks for your patience so far.

Hey Alex, you still stuck here? Wanted to follow-up on this here in the thread to see if you were willing to share your results and/or confirm if you’re still having issues. Thanks!

Hey again Alex. Thanks for your follow-up via email; I should note that it’s probably going to yield you a quicker response to reply directly here in the forum, since my rob /a/ tri.be inbox is not as actively managed as this forum. But it sounds like your only remaining issue is the presence of the map at the bottom of the entry.

This is admittedly by design; but do you want it somewhere else? If so did you have a specific location in mind?
