MemberJust a heads up that I was incorrect in my messaging earlier; since the team is winding down the holidays, support will be taking a little longer than usual these next couple weeks. You’ll definitely have a response on this early next week though.

MemberHeh. Just a heads up, I was incorrect in my note earlier…since our team is winding down for the holidays, support will be a bit less frequent than usual over the next week or two. We will get you a response on this issue sometime early next week though. Apologies for the inconvenience by wrongly setting your expectations for today.
Rob
MemberAlright James. Thanks; we’ve had another user report this the past day or two as well so it sounds like there may be a bug here. We’re looking into it now and will post an announcement (and tutorial as needed) here ASAP once we figure out what’s up.
Since we do believe it to be related to the permalinks, you may want to play around with some of the other permalink structures to see if any give you success. Also, definitely make sure you’re running 2.0.2 of both Events Calendar PRO and The Events Calendar. Let me know if any of those are successful.

MemberHey Sagi. Thanks for the heads up here; this is a weird issue that I’m unable to recreate on my default 2011 install. Is it possible you’ve got another calendar-related plugin (or any plugin for that matter) which could be creating a conflict? Is your site in an environment where you can test deactivating other plugins as a test? Let me know if not and I can try to figure out another solution.
Rob
MemberHey Andy. Thanks for doing this; should give us what we need to look into it fully. I’ll get one of our developers to take a look and respond when they hit the forums next. I should note that since our team is winding down for the holidays, support will be a bit less frequent than usual over the next couple weeks. We will get you a response on this issue sometime early next week though.
Rob
MemberHey Anthony. Thanks for giving those a shot; bummer to hear that it was to no avail. Want to send me a set of backend creds (rob at tri.be), and I can take a look directly?
Rob
MemberHey Jonathan, thanks for the words. That’s a weird issue – my guess is that it’s a pretty simple fix, but I’m going to have to get our developer Jonah to chime in with specific suggestions as to what’d be done exactly. I should note that since our team is winding down for the holidays, support will be a bit less frequent than usual over the next couple weeks. We will get you a response on this issue sometime early next week though.
Rob
MemberHey Marie. Awesome to hear we’re making progress here – it should be possible to fix the width of the calendar in the “Default Events Template,” yes. Let me see if our developer Jonah has any tips…I’ll get him to chime in. I should note that since our team is winding down for the holidays, support will be a bit less frequent than usual over the next couple weeks. We will get you a response on this issue sometime early next week though.
Rob
MemberAh, excellent to hear! Thanks for confirming, Robert. Sounds like you’re all set – but do let us know if anything else comes up.

MemberAlright, thanks for confirming. I’ll get our dev Jonah to take a look next week. Just a heads up that since we’re winding down the holidays, support will be a bit more limited than usual…but we’ll get you a response sometime early in the week.
December 16, 2011 at 5:33 pm in reply to: Where is the complete file(s) for the events advanced list widget? #12466Rob
MemberHave you checked the ‘lib’ folder in PRO? If I understand what you’re trying to do correctly you should be able to in widget-advanced-list.class.php.
Rob
MemberI can definitely get a dev to chime in on that to see if he has any suggestions based on the 2.1 work we’ve done so far. I should note that since things are starting to slow down with our team for the holidays, it probably won’t be until sometime early next week. But I’ve sent this his way for review and to offer up what we can.
Rob
MemberAh, excellent to see you got that figured out. So are you all set on this issue Greg?
Rob
MemberThank YOU. Keep the suggestions coming 🙂

MemberHey Kevin. We’ve received a few bug reports since the 2.0.2 release, and here is what we’ve got on deck to resolve for 2.0.3: http://cl.ly/2406141p0C1n2I2V3Y1T. If you could provide some elaboration on how it is ridden with bugs I’d appreciate it; the recurring events item you noted, for example, has not yet been reported so I’m interested in hearing more. I’m unable to recreate this on my local install of the tagged 2.0.2 build. Same goes for the the time change when editing recurring events.
If you can provide more on these, we’d be happy to look into them for you. I will note that a lot of times there are either conflicts with other plugins or the theme itself at play. If you have a staging environment and can test this on the 2011 theme with no other plugins active, let me know since that would help us get this figured out for you.
As an aside…I think you posted this in the wrong forum; it was in Eventbrite Ticketing but sounds specific to Events Calendar PRO. I’m moving it to the presumed correct location but let me know if I’m wrong here and I’ll update my response. Thanks!
